Been to every gym in the area, AHF is the best so far by far, The range of equipment is great and the size and layout of the floor is better than the others, my experience at AHF has been nothing short of incredible. A great community is there with lovely greetings every time I arrive from staff and even other members, It’s a lovely gym with every piece of equipment you could ask for and a fantastic group of staff who will help out at any moment .

Negative experience: It’s not a good Gym, they promise you the world best gym/ amazing atmosphere, but random members criticize you just cause your a PRO they see fascinating endurance they can’t achieve or do, so they stand around you making ridiculous comments and sarcasm ( EVERY SINGLE TIME was there ), stuff & management aren’t skilled at all every time they have to call the business owner , they argue even do they WRONG , they take advantage of your signing up ( plus they never showed me the gym around At signing up obviously they where so happy another took the bait, be careful when you sign up , extra hidden fees always pops up at the end of your membership contract;) even if your not using the Gym at all and told them so many times and months before ends of your contract so its only when it suits the manager. Be careful about the stuff members they mislead you when you sign in , fitness First is more professional at least they understand there customer unlike all dee hour fitno they don’t care why your not using the gym or why wanna stop they just after your dolls as they never asked me ohhh why you leaving ?! Naahh all about making money out of members so payment profit comes before you .once again: Be super careful when you sign up , read : don’t trust what they say .
