Fantastic experience: On International women’s day, I thought there was no better person that came to mind to celebrate, than Lisa Cosson from Planet Feelgood. Lisa is an amazing inspirational and passionate fitness & wellness coach along with being so genuine, caring and inspirational, to people of all ages. I love her enthusiasm for Knowledge & self-improvement and how she shares mind provoking thoughts that really impact your outlook on life. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Planet Feelgood is an absolute hidden gem. Lisa is constantly updating her knowledge on the latest research in movement, lifestyle and recovery. If you’re looking to create longevity for yourself and workout smarter, not harder, this is the place to be. I only wish every town had a gym like this. Lisa is a true inspiration and role model.
