Fantastic experience: I've trained a few gyms over the years, having not trained for some time, Gym 707 couldn't have been more welcoming & accommodating. Skilled professionals, great equipment and good vibes.

Fantastic experience: 707 Gym is a very welcoming and friendly place for seniors to keep healthy and fit. The instructors are enthusiastic and helpful to make sure you get the most benefit out of each exercise.

I’m loving all the classes - they’re fun but challenging regardless of your skill level. Absolutely recommend, thanks for having me team!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym I have ever belonged to and the most consistent and motivated I have ever been.... why? Because it is an amazing local gym, where friendly locals go, and there is a great sense of community. Literally have made BFFs there, and nothing like having a great reason to see your friends and expend some energy! The trainers are without exception highly skilled, motivating, supportive and take personal care to each client in every class. I socialise at 707 and exercise is a happy side effect!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend! A fantastic gym with supportive staff and members. The classes are different every day and help you to improve your strength and fitness in a sustainable way. The enthusiasm and friendliness of everyone there encourages you to come in and push yourself to new pb’s. Dogs are also welcome and well looked after while you work out -what more can you say.

Fantastic experience: Game-changer! I started going here because I was always getting injured from running. My physio recommended me to strengthen up and, wow, Dale's program not only sorted my injured leg out but also totally got me hooked to working out. I've been a member for over 8 months now, and it's the first time I've ever stuck with a gym this long. Siobhan’s PT program deserves a huge shoutout too – lost 8 kilos and got toned thanks to her! Plus, the atmosphere here is just different than any other gym I've been to (special shoutout to Nat!). Great community of people and PUPPIES! Makes the whole experience better. Great little treasure in the hood!

Fantastic experience: Gym 707 is more than just a gym, it’s welcoming community with genuine support and effective training. The class structure is fun and tailored for individual progress. Dale and Nat have proven to be a dream team in building a success culture without the pretentiousness of other gyms. All the trainers are knowledgeable and professional and a special shout out to my PT and run coach Christian, for his invaluable guidance that has delivered results beyond expectation.

Fantastic experience: I love Gym 707. I've been going to a range of gyms for years now and 707 is an absolute standout. The staff are incredible- friendly, motivating and extremely knowledgeable. The gym has all the equipment you need and there is enough to use even in the busier periods of the day. Their doggy daycare is an awesome extra for those who want to include their pups in their daily routine- the staff love having them and take great care of them whilst you're working out. The gym is on the Fitness Passport for those that are able to access, and the group classes are substantially subsidised if you want to participate in those. The group classes are incredible and provide a great workout community that is welcoming from day dot. There is a range of classes that focus on different aspects of fitness, and throughout all of the classes, there are options demonstrated for all fitness levels. At the start of the class there is a clear demonstration of the exercises, with particular focus made on correct form and common mistakes to avoid. Thank you so much to the legendary crew at 707.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic! Unpretentious! Staff are wonderful, experienced, well informed and helpful. The trainers are watchful and take time to correct and support clients during the class. Classes are fun and hard (at times), though everyone is encouraged to go their own pace getting the form right first. I leave felling exhilarated and know I’m doing something for myself that leaves me feeling stronger and more confident in my work and daily life.

Fantastic experience: The crew at this gym are the most welcoming and supporting team that you can imagine and to top it all off they are pet friendly…and there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that they lock you up in the old cells if you misbehave…just love this gym …

Fantastic experience: Gym 707 is a super welcoming and nourishing tribe that cares for and supports its members and staff, and is always encouraging and pushing them to meet their potential. I personally love that the floor is mixed and diverse, with people of different ages and backgrounds, and lots of (brown) women that lift :) I never feel self conscious or uncomfortable on the gym floor - it's the first gym in which I can wear my sports bra without a tank/top and feel safe and respected (no oggling creepy people). The equipment and layout is great and the trainers are awesome - especially Anton Smilek. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I don't like gyms - I'm someone who has struggled with fitness over the years and need to feel SUPER comfortable in a space to be able to exercise properly. Gym 707 is so lovely. The folks there are friendly, remember your name and genuinely want to get to know you. The culture of the gym is great, they deliberately cap their numbers so the gym doesn't get overstuffed and intimidating to their members. I love it. If you like personalised service and a comfortable place to work out, this is the gym for you! 5 stars! Oh and one more thing - they are super flexible with their contracts and don't gouge you like so many other gyms do with things like cancellation or set up fees etc. When they found out I had injured myself and couldn't go for a few weeks, they paused my account for a few weeks so I wouldn't have to pay the weekly fee - even though I didn't even ask for this. Just great service.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a Gym with a flexible space. I left ATF for GYM 707. Although the opening hours aren't as flexible, the space (downstairs) boasts a large free-roam area, kitted with barbells, cardio machines and a sizeable fitness-frame that's easy to use; and provides for a variety of different workout stations. On the flip-side, upstairs is a little cozy. If you like your specific isolating machines, there's a limited variety. Busy periods may mean, waiting for your turn or being a bit creative. Staff and Trainers are exceptional. Always friendly and considerate with bucket loads of encouragement for beginners and those with a few more years on them ;). 707 is very clean and everyone I've seen who attends, wipes down all machines, barbells, etc when they've finished with them. It's very welcome. 707 is probably not suited for serious body-builders. That's not to say that there isn't enough on site to get a massive workout, rather, the gym appears to cater towards "general fitness" over an intense pursuit for "killer gainz". Not a lot of benches. Not the kind of place to throw your weights down - particularly upstairs. Ultimately, the flexible space downstairs means I can set up new exercises and sequences easily; great for cross-fit exercise. However, do take note of the timetable, as the downstairs space is not usable during classes. It's nice to be at a gym where the ego checks out at the door. I hope that helps.

Fantastic experience: I joined Gym 707 just over a month ago and have been so impressed with the super welcome and friendliness of everyone in the team - it really feels like you are part of a family and not just a gym. Although I cannot attend classes because of injuries, it wasn't a problem at all and they recommended a suitable trainer immediately who I'm very happy with. Loads of space to work out in, a great variety of equipment (which is amazingly clean) and an environment that I feel happy and confident in. It also offers the benefits of reduced rates for people like me who can train off-peak, not something a lot of gyms do! It's so good, my husband has now joined!!!!
