Fantastic experience: I love it here!!!! One of the staff members named Krystie was incredibly helpful. She didn't muck around and she took the time to really show me how to use a lot of the equipment, explaining which exercises would help me focus on my targetted areas, and she also pointed out what to watch out for incase I hurt myself or do something the wrong way. She really made me feel comfortable and confident working out. Highly recommend this gym!!

Negative experience: I’ve cancelled this membership calling and sending an email back in February, this fitness club are still insisting me to pay reminder up to end of June, the lady on the phone in Morley was disrespectful and not helpful at all, I wouldn’t recommend joining this gym

Negative experience: Maintenance required on a lot of the equipment. Lots of equipment needs upgrading. Staff aren’t helpful in the slightest. Poorest service and customer service I’ve seen at a Perth gym in 15 years.

Negative experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for more than 5 years, in this period of time I have been nothing but respectful to the equipment and staff. However, during this period of time I have noticed some huge faults with the maintenance of the equipment and poor handling of air conditioning. I often find during the less busy periods of the year especially during the more extreme weather months the handling of air-conditioning has poor and members have suffered and all felt similarly. It is also important to note that the cost of membership has also substantially raised, logically you would think that with the increase of prices equipment would be upgraded or new machines would be added. Unfortunately this is not the case, and in five years I have seen one addition and one replacement. The last straw however for this poor review has been a very disappointing interaction with the power tripping manager who is an awful person.

Negative experience: The staff had some bad attitude with us and the old woman judged us worst because i am Asian. Overall, stupid staffs and poor equipments.

Positive experience: Please replace some of the yoga mats I always end up with black marks or tiny bits of the mat on my body. It would be a cheap upgrade. You may want to also rotate the mats on the rack as everyone ends up just grabbing the same one. It is a bit too hot for comfort however I do understand the evaporative air con can only do so much.

Negative experience: Asked me to leave as I’m in comp prep posing in hills and bikni late at nigh on Sunday 10 pm with 3 people in the gym Not to mention iv been doing for 2plus years there She sed I’m behind 2x payments and iv been Entering illegally I’ve been going there for a long time and many people know me so they just let me in!! I Can’t even pay for it online because there System is very low. Portal keeps saying member does not exist. I’ve been in multiple times when it’s out of my own inconvenience for staffed hours to get this sorted Fail to pay one payment and it will block your card straight away then you have to go in and see someone to unlock it or to pay Stupid system! In the summer gets extremely hot there is no point of working out you get hot and frustrated within two seconds of being in there There no air flow ! they keep saying they will be getting the Aircon fixed. This has been gone on for years now with multiple owners changing over the place. The equipment is above average. You could probably go to a park and use better equipment for free. I only go here because the convenience of it been across the road from my house and I don’t have tiles or place to work with my Posing coaches ! I’m a pro not some random girl prancing their body around the gym when I am there I am there to Work! Extremely annoyed She had the audacity to even call me up and complain because I was a payment behind. This is how she treats her Client very professional. Not to mention she called me while I was overseas four times to try and claim the money and took about three times payments were only two weeks owed. I have blocked her since and I will be reporting her. The people probably only go there to see my arse anyway. Easy cancel membership! Pathetic!

Negative experience: Customer services was bad, also have lock contract. Last year I wanna cancel membership, but i have to pay the money . They automatically payment have problems,when i check my bank details its show gym return my fees. After few days they charge me more fees,cos i have an unsuccessful payment.

Positive experience: The equipment and layout is good but it was way too hot. There is either no aircon or it's terrible, not all the fans were turned on and they did little to help. It wasn't even at the hottest point of the day so if you are going there on a hot day I would recommend very early or very late.

Negative experience: Walked in there today and walked back out - too hot! There was a breeze blowing outside and it was cooler than inside the gym. What a shame that the refit didn't get rid of the evaporative cooling system in place of something better suited to our climate. Very disappointed and Bayswater is the same, hot

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing fitness facility Trial period: Yes Equipment: top notch equipment with sauna at extra cost during staffed hours Costs: membership: varies /access card:$69 Classes: Not in August 2023 Plus Fitness Morley is an absolutely amazing facility with top of the line equipment, clean facilities and alot of space. The gym is split onto 3 sections 1. Open space 2. Cardio equipment and cable machines 3. Cable machines and Free weights The open space is very spacious and is used for group classes or fitness. The space accommodates kettle bells ranging in weights from 20kgs-3kgs and dumbbells, a couple of battle ropes, ab rollers and pull up bars, exercise mats, weight bags, push and pull machine, aerobic steps and weights with bars. Taking up a strip of the space is a boxing bag with gloves some step/jump cubes and a all In one fitness unit, with a mirror to protect former. The middle section of the gym is the entry and exit point. Here is where staff are welcoming on arrival behind the desk doing administration. On one side of section 2 is the cardio equipment with bikes, rowers, elliptical trainer and assault bikes. The other side of section 2 is where the treadmills and cable machines are positioned. Behind the reception desk is a lovely seatted area, to the side of the area is a vending machine filled with purchasable protein and workout  goodness bars beverages, and bottled water.  They do have filtered water. Behind the seating area are the washing up facilities. There are 3 toilets and 2 showers,body wash is provided. Take your own if you have sensitive skin.  1 of the 2 shower facilities can accommodate the physically challenged. They have boxed shelves and lockers where you can store your gear. Take tour own paddlock. The is an emergency exit in this area. In the cables and Free weight section it is self explanatory. This is where you the stairs machine is also placed. What makes this space epic is the back section is dedicated to weights and bars with monkey bars. The foam box jump is stored against the wall. If your into cross fit you'll find this area very feasible for your work out alot of chicks use this area for botty gains. lol.  2 of the walls are lined with mirrors to check on techniques, form, and yourself ofcourse. There are TVs and music is always pumping incase you forget your buds or muffs.There is an emergency exit in this area. Staff keep the gym in a very tidy state putting gear away, left out by the night owls. Upkeeping a tidy fitness facility. Between 0600 to 0830 and 1630 to 1900 are generally the busy hours at the gym. With summer on the way It I assume everything  will ramp Please wipe down and stow equipment on completion of us team.

Negative experience: Just a trap to spoil your money. No free mentor ship. This review is about plus fitness morley. website says some thing else and when you go there nothing is free. Girl said its around 24$ but when i see my account it 29.9$. You pay on start of gym you pay on leaving gym and you pay another afterwards. Equipment is very less for core exercise is less. When you get membership and money goes to their account, now they dont bother. I wrote my case to becca, and she didn't bother to reply. Had very bad experience.

Positive experience: Large, lots of different equipment, generally clean toilets & gym, crowd is usually pretty decent & diverse. It’s a nice gym to train at after the recent refurbishment. Not the cheapest gym in the area / not many deals but it’s still one of the best plus fitness’ in WA imo

Fantastic experience: ONE sauna. TWO full dumbbell racks. THREE proper deadlifting platforms. HEAPS of good machines. And just a general outstanding setup. High ceilings, feels big and pumps you up when you walk through. Oh and also a nice healthy amount of turf running a large length of the gym floor which is much-needed for the sled aficionados among us.
