Fantastic experience: Came to Snap Fitness at Chermside today for the first time. We were greeted by Monni as soon we walked in. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy gym. Nice array of equipment. Music not blaring. Pleasant time working out at the gym. We will be back again.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Snap for a decent while and have gone to multiple locations around QLD. Since moving to Chermside this is my local - and it’s by far the best Snap I’ve been to. It’s not too busy, has great space and equipment, and is super clean. Best thing though is the manager (Manny?) who does an incredible job - and no he doesn’t know I’m writing this haha. The way he makes everyone feel welcome and looked after here is awesome - he has helped me a few times already in my short time here including getting TRX cables replaced immediately when they broke and helping me track down my headphones which I’d misplaced. Wish all Snaps were as good as this one.

Fantastic experience: Clean and tidy, new equipment. Easy access, street parking as well as a rear carpark. Friendly staff. Quiet, respectful clients.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, clean with friendly staff. Has all the equipment I need and it's newer equipment than in my last gym. This is my first Snap fitness membership but I have heard that this location is superior to others in the franchise and it does has a few more things in its favour over my last gym.

Positive experience: Gym is conveniently located and well equipped. But on weekends, there is always a shortage of wipes (usually none left on Sundays); the gym floor is dirty and equipment is covered in dust that doesn’t appear to have been cleaned in some time. The ropes etc for some equipment is frayed and has seen better days.

Fantastic experience: Really nice Snap, cleaned regularly and to great detail. Great range of equipment which are usually working! I’ve been fortunate enough to experience no equipment broken down. The members are usually polite and friendly. The staff also greet you with a nice smile and a welcoming hello. Ventilation of the gym is great and doesn’t feel stuffy, quite a nice open area. The vending machine is usually stocked up and there’s plenty of parking for members on the street and in the under cover parking area. Thanks.

Fantastic experience: Wow, can I just say I have never felt more welcomed when entering a gym. Luke, you have absolutely gone above and beyond in making me feel welcomed and comfortable in such an unfamiliar environment. You were very respectful and informative and I would just like to take this moment to say thank you. You have made my day and mate I can say you have earned yourself a new member at this awesome gym. Jillian my instructor has been exceptional. I did the Cardiac Rehab at the Prince Charles Hospital and Snap Fitness Chermside has taken my programme and added great value. At first I thought I would just do a few structured lessons but now I’m really into it. Just love being able to feel confident in my general fitness. Thank you Snap and Jillian.

Fantastic experience: I have a neurological disorder and am wheelchair bound. I had concerns about finding the right place suitable for me. But Snap Chermside is full of the most generous staff and kind gym goers. The gym itself is spacious enough to accommodate my wheelchair and has a great variety of equipment that I can even use in my chair.

Fantastic experience: The gym is well kept, the equipment is maintained well, clean bathrooms and staff that are willing to fix issues as soon as they arise. Great communication and friendly banter from all the staff. The staff are helpful, have a good relationship with the members and are always having a good time. I have enjoyed going here for 4 years and counting. I also enjoy how spacious the gym is, and how the gym always has good vibes.

I was wary as I've had issues in the past with gym staff/owners being very high pressure and more focused on selling. so I haven't looked into it for years... I was so happy when I met Tom the manager. He put me at ease right away. Showed me all the equipment and was just super lovely, and I had absolute confidence signing up for member ship. Also met PT Sam there who was also lovely. Seems like a great community based gym. The machines are modern and in great nick, lots of weights options and a functional training space. Can't wait to start!

Fantastic experience: Despite being sore after most sessions, I love this place. Ton the manager is super friendly and the staff are super friendly as well. My PT there is Charlie and he is always making sure you train to the best of your abilities. Recommend training here for everybody.

Fantastic experience: The team at Snap are legends. Not only does this Gym have everything you need, the team are flexible and open to accomodating most requests. They've also created a fun, safe environment, which makes for a great gym experience. I would highly recommend Snap Chermside. The Gym layout is good, the facilities are well-kept and the water cooler is also really cold, which for me is very important as a Gym-goer.

Fantastic experience: I've been using this gym for almost 2 years, it's a good atmosphere with very friendly, knowledgeable staff. The equipment is all fairly new and in good condition, unlike some other gyms I've been to.

Positive experience: Friendly trainers. Easy to use equipment. The most thing I loved about this gym was how well everyone supports each other.

Negative experience: Don't bother,only very few car spots.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member here for a few years and over time, they've expanded and put in lots of new equipment. It's well equipped and the staff are friendly. They also do free group classes throughout the week if you're into that.

Positive experience: Gym is pretty small in size. Gets really busy during afternoons and early nights, but good during the day and late at night. When I cancelled my membership, was told I needed 1 month notice. That was ok, however the manager was being bitter about it. This really turned me off from going back to this gym. The guys at Stratphine Snap Fitness are much nicer.

Negative experience: Horrible gym and customer service, i Joined on there highest pagage at the time with the free pt sessions, i took time off work sat on the bench with a confirmed appointment and the pt when they rang him at the time said he wasn't coming in and was busy no phone call waste of time , then i got up early to use the gym before work my card didn't work bashed on the door at 5am noting. very bad taste in my mouth

Negative experience: Great facilities and friendly staff... Just a real nuisance they made it so hard for me when I tried to cancel my membership before I left the country. Otherwise 5 stars for their facilities. I no longer have access yet still they've said they will continue to charge me... 'it's in the contract'.

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN!!! This gym was good when it first opened but now it's ALWAYS packed. It's really hard to work out when there's absolutely no space left for you to do anything!! It looks rather big from the outside but when you're inside it's a really tiny gym.
