Fantastic experience: I’m in the area temporarily and needed a new gym. XS Fitness has a great vibe, a solid range of equipment and decent space. The team were also super responsive and made it easy to join. I’m grateful I found the place, and would recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This was my gym for 6 months. I only left as sadly I moved away but I'd recommend it to anyone. Very clean and well kept plus staff are awesome and friendly. Only thing I'd say needs improving is the outside area which is closed a lot of the time and has pretty old equipment. Other than that it's pretty great.

Positive experience: It's a nice enough gym which doesn't get overly crowded. I like the outside exercise area and large range of ancillary attachments for the exercise machines, but when a staff member/ personal trainer just takes the equipment I was using so their client could use it, I get a resentment.

Fantastic experience: A really safe, clean, friendly environment, heaps of cages and free weights! Staff are great and helpful the outdoor training area is pretty cool too! Would recommend checking this gym out!

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Has 2 bags, one is suitable for knees and hard kicks, the other is also good enough. Speed ball is set up right and always inflated. Adequate equipment and plates, in fact just the right amount of everything. The culture is good too. Trainers and staff are cool, patrons are considerate of other users and on the rare occasion someone might be “reserving” something it’s totally cool to politely enquire for clarification as to expected wait time. Great location near the river so you can get a warm up or cool down run in instead of using a treadmill

Fantastic experience: XS is a great gym with a very friendly environment. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and there is a variety of equipment available. I especially like the outdoor area, which is a very calm place to exercise in the mornings.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this gym for over two years and the quality of service hasn't changed. Amazing staff! Very welcoming and respectful. The gym itself is always clean, fully functional and is never too busy. What I enjoy the most is that everyone leaves their ego at the door making it a great place for a chat and a laugh.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at XSFITNESS for about 2 years now and in the meantime tried multiple other gyms thinking that I might wanna change. In doing so I realised how special XSFITNESS Is a gym, the staff go above and beyond to create a safe, clean and welcoming atmosphere for all members. Although XSFitness might not be the largest gym in size it more then the necessary equipment that you’ll need to better yourself! XSFITNESS is overall a great gym new and experienced lifting and definitely lives up to its “most friendly gym” name.

Great members , a manager who actually knows what he is doing and PTs who actually have a interest in there clients . I've been there two years , I live local and need want to move house but I don't because I love this gym. Come give it a go . You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been training here for about six months and will be most definitely renewing my membership. XS is priced very fairly considering the quality equipment that they provide - as a uni student this allows me to access their amazing facilities at a price I can most definitely afford. The manager Callum is very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. This means I have been able to train over the last 6 months with the peace of mind that I am using the equipment correctly and push towards my goals!

Fantastic experience: Due to a complete shoulder replacement surgery I have not been able to attend the gym for a while. But now I finally made it back to get started again. My restart and the service I got is precisely why I love this gym so much. Not only was I received with open arms again but I received a generous credit for the time I had previously paid but were unable to use the gym due to my medical condition. Fantastic experience: I have been training at gyms for several years now, and have not found a better gym to train at yet. XS Fitness has everything you need in a gym with a complete range of free weights, power racks, accessory machines, a range of cardio machines as well as an awesome grassed outside area. The staff are always extremely professional and friendly, with a special shout-out to Callum, who is not only the most committed and approachable person I’ve met, is also very approachable and knowledgeable, he is by far a huge asset to the team at XS Fitness and the people trained by him. The gym is always meticulously cleaned and UV sterilised everyday, with air conditioning throughout. If your at a boring gym or looking for a gym and want a place with a great character and environment I highly recommend joining XS Fitness.

Fantastic experience: XS Fitness is the best gym I have worked out at in a long time. A spacious indoor as well as outdoor floor is the highlight of this gym, according to me. The instruments indoor are of high quality and precisely targets intended workout muscle groups, whilst the free weight squat, bench press, deadlift racks are All time favourite. The outdoor floor is well equipped for HIIT training and strongman training such as Tyre flips, battle ropes, farmer walk, and Tyre & sledgehammer workout. There are plenty slamballs of varying weight till 40KG. This is gym is one of a kind for people who seriously want to train for strength and muscles and mobility, like me. I would highly recommend XS Fitness.
