Fantastic experience: I seriously love this gym! The music is always on point so many of my favorite genres. It’s super clean, and depending on the time, it’s not too busy so I rarely have to wait for any machines. The staff are all really nice and chill, and the whole vibe just feels good. Definitely my kind of place

Fantastic experience: Place is fully equiped, there id a cardio area with brand new bikes and running machines. There is a fitness/crossfit area which has lots of space and everything you need. Staff is friendly always willing to provide assistance when needed. 100% recommended.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Jetts for almost 2 years now, and my favorite branch on the Sunshine Coast is this one for several reasons. First, I like the logistics and the disposition of all equipments. You have free weights and seats where everyone can exercise without interfering in someone else's training. All leg equipments are placed in a logical order so you don't have to carry weights around the gym, and the flow while you finish your training just feels natural so you don't have to be always in the way of another person. Additionally, lots of other good points makes me prefer this branch overall: some equipments were recently renovated, the class room is really good for full body workouts, there are two bathrooms and more than enough equipments and weights to attend even the busiest time of the day. Not to mention the staff, who is always willing to help and are always friendly with everyone! I would definitely recommend anyone to come and try it out as the gym facilities allows one to perform any tipe of workouts they are looking for. Thanks guys for being part of my journey to keeping looking after my health!

Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve ever been to , asked for membership to finish 8 months ago as I had an inju, they said they would stop membership and payments, I’ve just realised they have been stealing my money from account every week without telling me , these guys are thieves , keep away from jetts Maroochydore, dishonest thieves and scammers

Negative experience: The "coaches" are egotistical and more obsessed with their own image than actually giving you any assistance. The staff will complain about any and all discrepancies.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy working out at jetts Maroochydore. The staff are great; Kate, Jade and Harry Drew. I do the JSeries and I feel like one weeks classes tie into the week before and after. JSeries has helped me socially, personally and physically.

Fantastic experience: Big, clean, has the classes I want at the time I want. Owners actually take an interest in their patrons and coach you too. They remember if you have any specific injuries and ensure you're doing ok instead of telling you to just work through it. It feels like they care.

Fantastic experience: I joined Jetts Maroochydore around 2 years ago now and I still love going! I’ve joined many gyms over the years but none have made me feel so welcome. They treat all their members like their family. Whenever I’ve been in the staff know just about everyone by name and the latest in their lives. They also keep it fun and different with their challenges (currently on my 3rd!) 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a gym that makes them feel comfortable

Positive experience: Even though I registered my membership at Maroochydore, I can also access other branches at various locations like Sippy Downs, and Forest Glen. It has all the equipment you need for a good workout. The gym staff are very hospitable and friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Jetts Maroochydore for a while now and wow where do I even begin, the facilities there are fantastic, I get a better pump from there than any other gym, whether that’s the staff members pushing me to do more or just the relaxed friendly environment I don’t know, but whatever they do, WORKS. The staff there are incredible, very friendly, will help out in any situation, even vacuum up some sand that you drop when you go to the beach and your towel is sandy, so would I recommend every one to go to this gym, HUUGGE YES. Fantastic experience: Jetts Marooochydore is such an amazing gym. I love the friendly community vibe and the trainers are incredible and so supportive. The classes are at such convenient times that fit in with my life.

Negative experience: Shocking customer service! Aggressive and angry attitude of red shirt staff member without provocation, who was intent on escalating situation. Felt like he was trying to make a scene to impress other gym goers. Threatening to fine me for making an honest mistake makes us not want to come back, considering canceling membership, just want to workout in peace.

Fantastic experience: Best thing with this gym is.. 1. You can come whenever you like 9pm 1am 2am no problems. 2. It's mostly everywhere in Sunshine Coast. 3. The staffs are friendly, Leigh and Kate are amazing. Kinda wish they have more equipment because sometimes when it's busy, we have to wait for awhile. Also the Bathroom needed to be check and clean more often. Otherwise no complaints.

The classes are fun, and the pt sessions are great! It was my first gym to join and haven’t regretted it. Love it here

Fantastic experience: Tried this gym out for the last 6 months and really liked it. Only leaving because I’m moving to NSW but I’m going to miss it. Staff are always very friendly and it’s a great environment for both weights and cardio, not to mention the classes. 5 stars for sure.

Negative experience: When I tried to cancel due to moving, they said yep all good cancelled over the phone and charged me cancellation fee. But then kept charging me for a month and I have tried to get my money back 4 times and just get ignored at this point. Bit annoying Edit - they also didn't follow through with their comment below.
