The gym is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with great machines and facilities. There’s plenty of space, easy parking, secure 24/7 access, and enough lockers for everyone. Water is provided, and trainers are always available when you need guidance. The positive community vibe makes every workout enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Disgusting experience, terrible customer service, does not know how to handle customers especially when dealing with cancellations. Extremely disappointing, i definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

Negative experience: ROBBED AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Snap fitness is run by disgusting individuals who will manipulate situations into their favour to not only take money from you but also make sure you can’t get it back. I signed up for 12months direct debit and several weeks before my membership of 12months was due to stop I put a verbal request for it to stop on that end date and not continue. I was told by staff that would be sorted. Several months after that end date of said membership i noticed that the money was still coming out so i went in and confronted them in person and was told it would be stopped. Being in and out of the state and country for work made it hard for me to keep track of it but I should not have to. 8months past the end date of the said membership and money was still coming out. New staff had taken over my local snap fitness and I explained my situation to them. Was told there was nothing in written format but I explained that I was never told to do so when I was face to face on the previous two occasions. Staff member admitted to me that “old staff did things differently” therefore it isn’t on me and is straight negligence because if told to put something in writing, why wouldn’t I spend the 15seconds right there and then to do so? Staff member told me they were going to contact head office to get approval for a refund… head office uses the loop hole of “nothing was in writing” to deny said refund even though I was never told to do so and also told the situation would be sorted on two different occasions. I have disabilities and feel highly taken advantage of and robbed. Snap fitness is a disgusting and uncaring “community” of fitness.

Negative experience: MOULD ISSUES. This gym was recently flooded with floodwater going up into the walls. The gym next door closed its doors for good. Snap stayed open and did their own "mould remediation" without removing walls, basically cleaning and replacing flooring. Since then, every time it rains there is the overpowering smell of mould in the entrance area. I got headaches and have since stopped training here. I have spoken to staff several times. I understand that the previous manager quit over this issue. You would have to be blind deaf and dumb to not notice the foul smell of mould, no matter how much sanitiser they spray to mask it.

Fantastic experience: First time using Snap Fitness Nambour and I was really impressed! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed right away. The gym has such a great vibe & everything is well maintained and clean. Best gym in town

The hygiene is rated 10/10 A grade testing results weekly the group of workers there are very polite courteous and experience in making your time there very comfortable and relaxed I would rate this the best snap fitness on the coast yours sincerely kind regards Travis

It is very well equipped and I have always been able to access equipment when I have been there, even during what seems like the busiest time around 4 or 5 pm. Always very clean which is reassuring.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent handling of my membership cancellation. I contacted Snap Fitness by phone on the 9th of April to confirm that my membership would end on the 2nd of May. At the time, I was not informed that a written notice via email was required to finalise the cancellation. Because I was pregnant and I knew that I was not going to go to Gym afterwards. Had I been made aware of this, I would have submitted the necessary email immediately. It is disappointing to find that, despite taking the initiative to call and confirm the cancellation, the process was not completed as expected. As a result, I am now being charged for a period beyond what I had intended, due to a miscommunication on your team’s part. I have been a loyal member of Snap Fitness and have always appreciated the facilities and service. However, this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a member. Unfortunately, based on this situation, I am hesitant to recommend Snap Fitness in the future or consider returning myself. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider a resolution, given the circumstances.

Positive experience: I’ve had my problems with two of snap fitness workers, they are rude, and heard them swearing at an underage kid trying to train. And ask for you to pay extra $10 even though I’m still a member it doesn’t make sense? Also last night randomly takes out $150 out my account, I would not recommend going to Nambour snap fitness unless you want to get scammed and take money out of your account.
