Fantastic experience: This is by far the best gym/boxing/recovery/coffee smoothie gym I have ever been to. Sensational facilities accompanied with great staff makes it a wholesome one stop shop for all that you need in your fitness journey. Always clean, always greeted with respect and motivation gearing you up for the class you are about to endure. The ice baths every morning complimented with a training session at 5.30am has done wonders for my mental health. Highly recommend this gym

Negative experience: I paid for a 6 month advance and they vanished??The front door says that gym is closed today (since almost a week now) and they asked to check instagram but there is nothing on their insta. There is no news nothing. So unprofessional and unethical.

Negative experience: Actually terrible. Nobody is there during staffed hours. Bought a 5-times pass but can’t access the gym because staff is never there. Their website and phone are down. Zero customer service.

Negative experience: I went for a $15 casual session, good selection of weight machines. I asked the guy at the front desk what times the reception is manned and he said all day until 9pm weekdays, 7pm weekends. Went back the next day to do a workout at 2.30pm and no one there to let me in. Phone number on front door went unanswered. Kinda ruined my plan for the afternoon. Left and went to another gym. Dissapointing.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a good gym since moving to Melbourne and after trying multiple I’m so glad I found halo! I love the atmosphere, equipment and the gym as a whole! Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Halo gym was a great stop for my workouts during my trip across Australia. They have a great cardio area, and all the machines and free weights you need for a complete workout. I got a pass with classpass and was a great deal for a day workout!

Negative experience: Worst gym! Better off going to a Derrimut gym, much bigger and WAY cheaper too! Far too overpriced and the worst of it is the owner is very dodgy, just google his name… be careful when signing up for a contract! They won’t cancel your membership straight away and keep the direct debit going and will not refund you. Stay clear *Update* This is not a fake account AK Moslehi. I’m putting the effort in to make other people aware of the bad experience I have had and to watch out! It’s a honest review from a former member who had the highest respect for yourself and the gym up until I had to cancel for personal reasons and you treat me in an unacceptable way! How can you investigate this further when you blocked my phone number… Again, stay clear people!

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Halo gym for over a year now. The gym has high quality equipment, layout is conducive for a good workout, bathrooms are clean - everything you can ask for in a gym. My main pre-req for a gym is that during peak times, its still not overly busy so waits for machines aren't too long - Halo fits the bill. Would recommend checking out for those in South Melb/Port Melb area.

Negative experience: In our experience the management of Halo need a lesson in Customer care. A close friend signed up to join the gym but due to a significant back injury BEFORE he had a chance to attend he had to ask for a stay of fees until he could get medically fit enough to join again. The club continued to take monthly fees out of his bank account regardless and he has now paid over $300 and had to put a stop on his account to stop the monthly withdrawals. Management have taken NO interest in my friends welfare and simply continue to demand further payments. It is the most uncaring and inconsiderate attitude to business I have ever heard of. I can only assume this feedback will not be published.

Negative experience: I was new to the area and keen to join this gym after what I had seen on social media. When I went there to have a one day free trail (which their website offers) I was told I was not allowed because the manager was not there to take my details. I have been training at gyms for a long time and have never heard that a manager is required to take someone’s details. Needless to say the lazy attitude I was meant with on the staff on this day completely put me off the gym and I joined another gym in the area which offered me a free trail period with no hassle. In summary, if you are not a fan of “gym culture” I would steer clear of this gym.

Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked into this gym I felt the amazing energy. So clean, amazing humans that make you feel so welcomed, diverse range of people that train here, top quality supplements available and an overall fresh feel. Not to mention the quality equipment! I feel like this is a space for EVERYONE, no matter what your body type/goal/style of training - Which is rare to find in a gym. Recommend 100/10 x
