Fantastic experience: Great gym, we’re extremely happy with it. The equipment range is excellent and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The culture and work ethic in the gym is great. It’s inspiring to see teenagers training next to 70 year olds. We’re proud to call this our home base!

Negative experience: Would give them 0 stars if I could. Disgusting unprofessional rude staff members including Scott the manager with absolutely no customer service training. Another gym that locks you into contracts with no way out to profit off poor people. The greed is astounding. The gym is also the size of a lounge room operating at a higher capacity than what is legal for the size of their space at all hours of the day.
Negative experience: Can not freeze membership on a fortnightly debit payment system on 3 occassions. I travel for work at short notice. Club Lime say they want 2 weeks notice up front as per their fortnightly debit advance payment system. Was advised to transfer to the 3 month membership PAID 3 MONTHS UPFRONT and charged another $ 49.- activate fee ie now pay $ 27.61 per week ? ie $359.00 for 3 months - upfront Noosaville club shows $ 23.90 per week (plus $49.- Activate fee) and other Lime clubs as low as $ 14.90 per week ? Seems a faceless money grab

Negative experience: I had my membership for a while, however I found it is not worth it, the price is only increasing and gym is often dirty, bathrooms are disgusting. I would not recommend it. They also charge a fee of $11 if you don't have enough money in your account at the time they take the money out. This is poor because they should at least SMS or email and give 24 hours to let the person transfer money before they just charge you $11 extra. Or in my case you are unaware that there is not enough money and you get no email or SMS and then once you do have enough money they take out more then what is due, say if you missed 2 weeks of payment which would be ($38.33 a fortnight) $76.66 and lets add the $11 thats a total of $87.66, oh and the $1.31 surcharge that I got charged that would be $88.97 yet I got charged $95.22. I have had a look through my emails and SMS and no there has not been any communication in regards to missing a payment. yet they can just take out almost $100 and send me an email AFTER they have done that. was it that hard to send me an email 2 weeks ago letting me know i was missing a payment!! I am disappointed by the lack of transparency between Viva Leisure and its customers, and when I went to go into talk to the staff, they were awfully unhelpful, they are just money hungry and have zero care for their customers. I won't be back. also I have already sent an email to info@clublime people.

Positive experience: The internet was so poor that we had to use our own phone Hotspot. The shower over bath access was difficult to enter and outdated. We expected the shower to be separate. Definitely not worth what we paid. We won't be back.

Positive experience: I'd rate the gym itself five stars for its top-notch equipment and facilities in the Noosa area. However, the hygiene, particularly in the restrooms, is a major letdown. They're consistently dirty, and I've heard the men's are even worse. Another issue is the sheer number of school kids. Many seem to be there without memberships and are just let in by friends. They often make a mess, don't know how to use the equipment properly, and generally get in the way. I've overheard other members complaining about it too. Honestly, it would be a much better experience if it were adults-only.

Negative experience: Clublime... wat can i say. I have been going through some health problems that lasted longer then expected... havent been to the gym in over 3.5 months. I asked them for some compassion and give me some dtore credit or something... i want to get happy and fit again.. They love taking Ur money. But when asking for compassion, all of a sudden the replies dont happen... but sign up is very efficient.... . But the service I have gotten out of this place is sub standard and always about money. It seems like they have no compassion and blame the head office about everything. The only reason I am still with them and will continue using their gym. Is due to the reason of convenience..... such a shame....

Negative experience: I’m not to sure where everyone’s fees are going, as I’ve been at the gym since 2020 and nothing has been changed apart from the dumbbells and even then there are ones missing ??. The floor is ripping up in front on the dumbbells as well and is a serious hazard. Every second treadmill seems to be out of order. The cable machines are always snapping or coming off the pulleys. All the gym machines are old and it seems they are always breaking and take weeks to fix. They have painted the walls and I don’t see how they can justify painting the walls over maintaining the gym equipment/ upgrading. This gym has heaps of members so I’m unsure why they haven’t done anything about these problems… as the floor is a serious issue. Many members would back me up if questioned this.

Negative experience: Gym equipment broken, hasn't been fixed for months very annoying since us members still have to pay even tho nothing gets fixed! Revonvations for club lime noosa was ment to be done over 6 months ago, everytime you ask seems to be pushed back without a explanation. New bumbell rack with missing weights! Sauna thats outdated, stinks and never used with poor maintaining.. lest make clubline great again and look after their members.....

Negative experience: This business and their manager Scott are completely incompetent. They are just money hungry and have zero care for their customers. They allow a 16year old to make multiple changes to their account without parent permission and take extra money out of their account for the changes and when trying to revert back to the original agreement signed by the parent, they make it impossible to get a straight answer or to return calls or emails to sort out. Any changes made to a contract by a 16year old are invalid by QLD Law. I would not recommend using this gym in Noosa.

Negative experience: I have been attending this gym for many years now and over the last few months or more I have noticed that more and more of the equipment is not able to be used, and the amount of classes seem to be decreasing. This morning I was registered for a class at 6am and arrived to find it was cancelled! I think at least if you are running a gym all the equipment should be in working order… seriously thinking of stopping my membership.

Positive experience: Gym is good but is in desperate need for a good clean, and a Reno. The bathrooms are foul, behind the sauna is piles of rubbish, the sauna stinks. The whole place has a must around it. That being said it has a sauna, included for 15 dollars a week.

Negative experience: This business is completely money orientated and care for nothing other then there own personal wealth. Even after the cancellation of my account I have still been charged with numerous payment fees, and when attempting to resolve any problems they continue to tell me that the next payment will be the last. This has been the worst gym I have ever attended and I would strongly recommend finding another gym.
Negative experience: Hotel California type of gym; won't let you leave when you try to cancel your membership. After I submitted my cancellation they kept charging my account for months due to their staff's error and they couldn't be bothered to correct their mistake.

Positive experience: Good gym, with some great people, but you will never get a hot shower after a workout as they have the hot water temperature set so low on the thermostat it's not worth getting in! Bottom line great gym but make sure you leave yourself enough time to get home for a hot shower before going to work.. Update... Still no hot water (still tepid ). But we now have a brand new jukebox!!! Well done my fitness..
