I’m usually really scared of new environment but the instructors and students here are all so welcoming and friendly and you just work at your own pace with your level of fitness. It’s such a great exercise for both mental and physical health! Highly recommend to everyone who wants to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Love the environment and enthusiasm of all the staff and fellow members here, I immediately felt welcomed and accepted in a non judgmental environment. The courses are pretty fast paced and difficult for a complete beginner with no dance experience however the staff are very competent and were able adjust the teaching methods to be more accommodating when I was struggling.

Negative experience: I took classes in the past and hated this place since I put one foot in there. Everything is impossible, choreographies are horrible, music is old.. yeah picture yourself warming up with MAMBO N5 SONG So if you know what is going on with the pole dancing scene around the world, you certainly won’t find it here. If you practiced pole in the past somewhere else, you won’t like this place for sure. I ended up taking 3 classes of the term and didn’t come back, a total waste of money, time and energy. The owner is just horrible and doesn’t know how to run a business. My review is coming a bit delayed, I know! But I just wanted to give you the heads up girls. Time is showing me I was right because all students and instructors are leaving this studio.

Fantastic experience: Love this studio!!! Such a happy place, great fitness and opportunity to build up strength where you couldn’t do that before with other exercise. I have achieved some awesome moves in one year with the support of the friendly staff… not bad at 40 years old! I have also found confidence in myself and developed new friendships xx Some classes my abs are aching…. But that is from a combination of laughing and working out I just wished that I had joined sooner!!

The wonderful people who work here are complimented by the wonderful people who choose to pole here. With a vibrant buzzing and overall supportive community. People of all walks of life regardless of age,colour and size are welcomed here with open arms. The only issue is that I wish I had started sooner!

They have short introductory and casual classes to try before committing to a full term or two or three!

Fantastic experience: I started doing pole at Diamond a few years ago with friends but then they couldn’t do it anymore. It took me a while but I went back by myself and have not regretted it. I made new friends, progressed to higher levels and actually felt motivated to keep going when I couldn’t get a move right away.

I picked it up since February and have been looking forward to getting stronger and prouder of my talent every week. The staff are warm and the atmosphere in every class is supportive and friendly. Even through the pandemic they still offered Zoom classes and were very flexible. I wish i could stay and take more classes.
