Negative experience: Amenities were unclean. Range of gym equipment good but when wiped after using towel dirt marks were left on the cloth!

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly welcoming, the machines are well-maintained and replaced when needed. Water fountain and music playlist available.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! The place is always clean and well maintained — the toilets and equipment are spotless. All the machines work perfectly, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about keeping everything in top condition.

Negative experience: We were denied a free trial after expressing we wanted to sign up as this gym but wanted to first check out the facilities. We are locals (living 600m away). We were told they do not offer trials as it is a high tourist zone. In a competitive industry you would think they’d do anything they could to get new customers (especially locals) through the door. It was unwelcoming and I will be passing this experience on. They might want to review their business model- a more consistent policy across Snap locations would be better. Classic Noosa - everything for tourists but nothing for locals. Thankfully there are plenty of other gyms close by. Update- all good guys, Jetts across the road were lovely so now a proud Jetts member. Totally understand not allowing tourists to use if there is no intention of signing up but residents should be allowed to show a proof of residency to access a trial. It’s normal for people to want to check out a few gyms before they sign up to one. $40 for two people to trial is steep. Plus, the guy was rude.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service I called 9 months ago to cancel my account as I was moving away, which I clearly explained at the time. I was told that payments were not coming out of my account anymore (confused now ans what he meant) and that there was nothing else I needed to do. Fast forward to now, I’ve just discovered I’ve been charged for the past 9 months. I feel completely misled and undervalued as a customer. When I called to sort out this situation, the matter was handled terribly. There was no ownership taken, no real apology, and no genuine effort to resolve the problem, I felt like they he honestly couldn’t care less. The advice I received 9 months ago was clearly wrong, and the way this was handled afterwards has only added to my confusion, and deep dissatisfaction.

Negative experience: Probably the dirtiest gym I have been too, went during staffed hours and was greeted nicely, just a huge disappointment and really doesn't make up for the fact that that all the equipment and floors were dirty. one person working out was wearing muddy work clothing with no shoes or socks... which I wouldn't really have a problem with except they had their bare feet all over the dumbells (INCLUDING the handles) no one was wiping down the seats so was no suprise that most the seats are visually brown with dirt. But not from wear just lack of being cleaned by staff and others, as when I used the wipes with a heavier hand they looked clean and new. There was also a giant patch of flooring COVERED in loose mud in the back corner of the gym... didn't see the staff member get up and do a walk around the gym at all in the hour and a half we were there. Edit: 20/05/2025. Lowered to 1☆ I am so glad that the staff spent the time to respond to my review and looking into my membership details rather than dealing with the issues in your gym... I am not a member of 'another club', I joined SnapFitness down in Victoria and travelled though SA, VIC, NSW & QLD to many Snap gyms over 2 months which is how I have passed this judgement. Especially after seeing my review and photos and still haven't cleaned your equipment properly as the above picture dirty leather still remains... The man that had no shoes on, literally had no shoes or socks on his entire workout and his bare toes on the dumbell handles... so I don't know how you can tell me he went and put other shoes on... especially seeing as you supposedly looked at the cctv I also didn't take photos of your muddy floor and gym equipment until I was leaving and was like it from the moment we entered... so it was like that for at least 1 hour! So you must be After going back again to your gym, I have also found that very few Olympic plates you have available are rusty, making it very difficult to load and unload the bar

From friendly staff all the way to brand new, well upkept machines. This gym has everything you need and is very competitively priced, I can highly recommend Noosa Snap!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and welcoming staff, always happy to help and take the time to learn your name. Good equipment and facilities. Everything always feels really clean! Not much space for stretching or HIIT style workouts, but other than that it’s an amazing gym with a great atmosphere. Very reasonable pricing too and no added fee for the access card which was the deciding factor for me!

Negative experience: Shocking! I work on the road, so I have a snap 24/7 key and just pay for weeks or months at a time depending on where Im based (super simple really) . All I wanted to do is update my card (with a weeks worth) and then get on with my training. but the arrogant lady behind the counter made that all a bit to hard I will never train at snap again

Fantastic experience: I attend another Snap Fitness in Sydney and always come to Snap Fitness Noosa for a workout while on holidays. I cant speak more highly of this gym. It is so clean and has all the equipment your need for an all round workout. The owners Kelly & Brad are so welcoming from the moment I walked in they made me feel like it was a home away from home they could have easily not bothered cause I am only a vistor and it isnt my home gym but it wasnt the case. They are absolutely lovely and I cant speak more highly of them. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone it is absolutely fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I made use of the reciprocal rights and visited a few times recently when on holidays. The gym was exceptionally clean, with plenty of wipes and cool air-conditioning. After finishing my workout, Kelly chatted to me about my workout, and encouraged me in pursuing my health goals. She was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me, even though I was only there as a visitor. This is a great gym, be sure to check it out if you're a local, or drop in for a visit if you're holidaying around town.

Positive experience: Great little gym with friendly staff. Has pretty much all the equipment you need for a basic weights or cardio routine. Never seems too busy but there are only one of each machine so if they're being used you may have to wait. They also offer one week access which is handy for anyone visiting this holiday hot spot.

For those travelling, the casual week will cost $39 + a refundable $20 for the 24/7 access card. Cheapest we found in the noosa area.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Franks for a long time when in Noosa before one too many issues with staff combined with the pricing finally pushed us away. Came into Snap Noosa not having the highest expectations but we were blown away by Kelly and the other staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff with a good selection of equipment.
