Fantastic experience: I've been regularly attending classes at Artgym for about 4 years now and feel the need to publicly express how grateful I am for the way that Eilish and Mishkad Kidd connect with and support every member and visitor to the gym. It is the most friendly gym I have ever been connected with and the group classes are an awesome way to work out with other like-minded people. It is also the Tasmanian hub for kettlebell sport in Tasmania, which is an emerging strength-endurance sport that is worth checking out. The gym is accommodating for people of all abilities and motivation levels.

Fantastic experience: This is the friendliest gym I have ever joined. The coaches and members are so welcoming, and the gym has this really cool, creative atmosphere. It's a really fun place to exercise and I highly recommend you try it out.

Fantastic experience: Life changing gym experience! You could not improve upon this gym. What Miskad and Eilish have created is a welcoming community where all are invited to come as they are, no matter what their age (teens to seniors), experience or physical capabilities. Everyone is encouraged and guided to reach their individual potential. All the trainers are highly knowledgeable and inclusive. For physical and mental health there is no better way to start the weekday than the 6am classes…. the awesome energy boost sets the mood for the rest of the day. I cannot recommend more highly....Best gym ever!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of numerous gyms over the years but ArtGym is by far the best. The owners have created a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment and go out of their way to ensure members have access to a complete fitness programme - offering strength, conditioning, cardio, stretching and fun classes. All of the trainers are very experienced and knowledgeable and always adjust to individual needs. Go there!

Fantastic experience: What a little gem this place is !! My wife and I have recently moved down to Hobart from Sydney and were looking for a gym with suitable classes for us. We aren’t young anymore. We have tried quite a few classes and they all offer something a bit different. After a ten day trial we decided to join the gym. It was an easy decision as not only is it a very friendly place, with great ventilation but the instructors are excellent. Class sizes are good. Personal guidance is constantly given. We walk to the gym and we have a coffee on the way home after our workout. Miskad and Eilish have created a great space. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Artgym is such a lovely space to workout in. Its super clean but not sterile like other gyms. The gym itself has indoor outdoor spaces plus heaps of colour and greenery all around :) it is such an uplifting environment to be in! The A12 team are all so experienced and they've been so accommodating of me from the getgo. Some gyms make you feel like a number, but at artgym, the owner came up and introduced himself to me before I had even signed up which was so nice. It's a very inclusive gym and I'm so happy I found it.

Negative experience: Nice gym, friendly atmosphere, and the trainers /staff are extremely encouraging. However a bit pricey compared with other options around and has a strict termination policy!

Fantastic experience: I broke up with the traditional gym as we were just weren't working out! Artgym is the place where I now go to lift my spirits and my physical well being to a new level. I have made new friends, met great fitness gurus who run the place. This place is all but a gym. It's an anti-gym where working out is no more a lonely experience. A sedentary workaholic like me had never been more keen to finish work and head to sweat it out at Artgym! May this place rise to new heights and make fitness and strength and confidence achievable to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was concerned about joining a new gym with such a severe back injury after having been to other gyms where my injury had been aggravated, but realised quickly that I was safe at Artgym. Their combined expert knowledge, genuine care and flexible approach (where appropriately safe alternate exercises were readily tailored for me) means that not only have I not aggravated my injury, I have actually flourished, and feel less injured, and also a great deal more fit! Add to this the fun and welcoming atmosphere, the pretty colours and lush plants and art about the place, it's easy to look forward to coming to this lovely gym! Thanks Artgym for bringing health and happiness to my life!

Fantastic experience: I was in Hobart for a few days and needed to keep up with my physical training. Being a dancer, I felt naturally drawn to ArtGym. I was really not sure what to expect, but Eillish and Miskad welcomed me readily! I got my butt kicked at some of their early morning classes, and I was able to do all of my workouts with their superb selection of equipment. I hope I can visit Hobart once more so that I can workout here again! I was all to sad to have to leave.

Fantastic experience: Artgym is without a doubt the best gym that I have ever been connected with. Eilish and Miskad are amazing, caring and inspirational, as are all the other trainers and my fellow gym members who help keep me motivated every day. I can honestly say my life has changed absolutely for the better since the opening day. I love my Artgym family.

Fantastic experience: On a recent visit to Hobart, my mother, sister and I all tried out the core class one morning. It was our first Artgym experience and it was excellent for various reasons. The gym itself was fresh and interesting, with colour, plants and artwork accompanying the variety of equipment. Eilish and Miskad quickly made us feel at home, pairing us up, and talking us through the exercises. Miskad led the class with an upbeat energy and took the time to correct positions as well as give needed encouragement! After the class he spent time discussing the specific issues of my sister's sciatica and suggested further exercises. We came away feeling distinctly better for it, and motivated to keep building strength in our bodies. We hope to return soon on our next visit to this special town!

Fantastic experience: I was warmly welcomed into the Artgym community, where I found myself sorrounded by trainers of the highest quality. With their support and encouragement, I quickly went from strength to strength and competed in my first ever inba comp where I placed 2nd. Most importantly i made friends I will keep a lifetime!

Fantastic experience: I honestly believe that this is the best gym in Australia - it is so different from other gyms. The Artgym people know that being healthy is more than just working out, and have thus created the most beautiful and supportive space for the gym. Because of this us Artgym members loveee going to the gym (a phrase I never thought I'd hear myself say!). And once you're there they work you hard, the classes are intense but also fun. All of this is a testament to the wonderful owners and trainers at the gym. They have so much experience and expertise and are wonderful teachers as to how to be our healthiest selves. I can't recommend them enough - and my words can't do the gym justice you simply have to go in and see for yourself - you'll be glad you did!!

Fantastic experience: Artgym is the most amazing gym, straight away when you walk in it is a warm and welcoming environment. The trainers are all fanastic at what they do and are aslo fantastic people. They have a holistic approach to our health and fitness and genuinely care about the members and constantly evolve to keep things interesting.

Fantastic experience: This gym is so amazing! I am not someone who fits in easily at a gym but Eilish and Miskad are like family and so is everyone else who attends classes. They understand how I need to be pushed but also understand when not to push me over the top. It is also the type of place where everyone no matter what your fitness can belong. I am not the fittest person nor the smallest but I can join in the classes and Miskad or Eilish will show me how to adapt the exercises to fit where I am at. This makes me feel so good - I can push myself at my level but still feel like I am part of the bigger group.

Fantastic experience: I visited ARTGYM to "try it out" nearly 2 years ago, just after they opened, and I haven't looked back. Not only is everyone incredibly friendly and welcoming there, not only is it colourful, vibrant and fun there, not only do they offer the widest variety of classes, trainers, workshops (plus of course regular 'go and train in a gym' space,) there, not only is it insanely affordable - and I'm an actor!!! On top of all this ......ARTGYM REALLY WORKS! I have never been fitter or stronger in my life!
