Anytime Fitness Nambour

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for about 6 years now. Great gym, staff are super friendly and all the equipment you need in a local gym.

Negative experience: Security issues are a concern if training outside of staffed hours. The front entry has been faulty multiple times over the years, unable to open or latch closed. Cleanliness isn’t up to scratch, bathrooms are often lacking hygiene & wipes for equipment aren’t always available. Hand sanitiser was only accessible during Covid, a basic essential at any venue.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym and super friendly staffs ☺️

Positive experience: Not bad as far as first impressions go but, not absolutely immaculate but mostly clean, also vibes ok they also have a good range of equipment in good condition. Aircon is seriously lacking, very hot in here, pls turn down the thermostat! Also fans sound like they need a bit of wd40. Haven’t met the staff yet, Otherwise a pretty solid standard anytime gym location.

Negative experience: A few months ago I expressed financial hardship and asked to cancel the membership only a month or so out from the contract. It took over a month to cancel it as emails would go back and forth and they wouldn’t reply until after they tried to take more money out of my account. After confirmation of cancellation I received an email from them saying no more direct debits would occur, you guessed it… they kept taking my money for weeks. When I messaged them angry about this the reply was ‘our manager is away until Monday, get it sorted then’, with no further communication. This gym scams you and would take different amounts out every fortnight. Also unsure why you advertise a phone number when you ignore phone calls and don’t call back.

Fantastic experience: I go here every second day. Lots of equipment, fairly busy, 24 hour access, I only pay $19.50 per week! (Edit 29/04/2025) This just increased to $20.95.

Negative experience: I didn’t use the gym once I went to cancel my membership had to jump through hoops just to cancel and pay a leaving fee and they are still taking money out of my account. They never answered my phone calls but would answer when I called on a different phone with a different number they took more money out then they where supposed to countless times and no one could tell me why.

Fantastic experience: Well equipped gym with room to move and a good stretching area. Also one of the cleanest AF gyms I have seen which is a real credit to the staff and patrons. Staff are always friendly too

Positive experience: Well equipped and recent refurbished. Warm up/stretching area is small. As a visitor I couldn't access wi-fi, although regular members get the password I gather.

Fantastic experience: I love visiting Anytime Fitness Nambour. Very friendly staff that are happy to help and happy to let you do your own thing. Its been great since to upgrade. I would recommend this gym as an easy going, friendly space that is abundant in support for your personal goals where you can avoid gym posers or meat heads that hog equipment :)

I have been doing pt sessions with Charlotte for 4-5 years and received so much extra encouragement, tough love and self and body improvement! It’s truly one of my favourite places to be ❤️

Negative experience: Quick to take your money, won't cancel your membership unless you jump through hoops. Painfully difficult customer service.

Negative experience: This gym was brilliant for many years however it’s looking a little tired, toilet not working for a week, Spotify not working properly can’t pick songs, no wipe down cloths for over a week and they want to increase the membership fee Staff however are courteous and always helpful.

Fantastic experience: My current gym, not expensive at 70 bucks a month and a vast array of machines and free weights. I absolutely love it here

Fantastic experience: Couldn't thank the team enough! I walk into this gym 4 months ago now and I definitely wasn't the same person I am now. I had the manger call me a couple time to make sure I was still come in and singing up and checking to see if I was ok. Now that I have meet the team and some of the people that train here I couldn't recommend them enough fantastic club and members. Thanks guys

Negative experience: lovely community especially the elderly regulars. however i did get wrongfully accused for “starring” at someone? staff didnt bother to check the cameras or give me any benefit of the doubt, instead were very rude and quick to take their side. simple miss understanding but handled very unprofessionally.

There is a generous training area to do your own workout, which is always kept clean and tidy; as well as this, there’s the option of multiple classes to chose from, plus PT’s. Overall a great gym which I highly recommended.

Negative experience: They are mostly friendly when you want to attend regularly, but become very very difficult if you need to leave.

Positive experience: Not the worst AF I've been to but by far not the best. Place is big and hygienic but you're best off catching an Uber because good luck on getting a park.
