Fantastic experience: Since joining SureFit 4 months ago I have noticed such a huge difference in both my physical strength and mental health. The trainers and the community are super welcoming and motivating! Mitch has been incredible at tailoring workouts to suit my needs postpartum (and helping entertain the little one when necessary) bringing me back to the strongest I've ever been. I look forward to my workouts during the week and can't wait to be stronger than ever!

Negative experience: Advertises perks from sales but does not offer them. Advertised perks from the November 2024 Black Friday sale and they were never offered, including train free for the rest of the year but I still had over $200 taken from my account. Offered to help if I had any issues with fees and now they don’t reply or respond to my requests. Don’t recommend. edited - 19/07/25. It is a pity that not telling the truth on a public forum to make me look bad is the way Surefit chose to go. I am disappointed to say that you have NEVER reached out to me, I have several messages to you that you have NEVER replied to. I can also share a copy of my bank statement to show the payments you took in November & December 2024 when it was advertised as free for the rest of the year. You have also NEVER provided the voucher or the FREE pt lesson you advertised as "perks". I am more disappointed that after being a member of your gym a few times over the years at all of your locations that you would treat me (a reoccurring customer). I join when I can afford to and clearly you took advantage of that. Feel free to message anytime.

The staff are super friendly, and the personal trainers are awesome—really knowledgeable and supportive. Plus, the group classes are a fun way to mix it up. Definitely worth checking out!

Fantastic experience: Amazing inclusive gym! Being someone who’d never really spent any time in a gym everybody was so friendly. I found in the beginning all the exercises were explained really well and easy for me to understand! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: If you’re into high quality group training with progressive programming then you need to give Surefit a go. A new location and revised class line-up introduces a 45 minute HyperStrength to the previously more cardio-centric 30 minute Burn/Condition/Endurance and Boxing timetable. With no screens, no cliques and no BS the atmosphere is non-confrontational for starters and supportive for people who want to push a bit harder. It’s a real Gym for real people and very welcoming!

Fantastic experience: Surefit has been incredible since joining over 2 years ago. absolutely love the classes. a combination of cardio & strength classes are perfect. vibes are high, its intense, its a high impact gym session. the trainers are professionals at running large group sessions. theres no stop start like a other gyms. if you are someone that requires motivation and great vibes to get the most out of a workout. surefit is the place Mitch is also a fantastic personal trainer, i have been doing weekly tailored PT sessions and running coaching as a result i have lost 11 kg

Fantastic experience: I tried out SureFit through their 20 days for 20 dollars offer… and 12 months later I’m still loving it. Nothing to lose and I’ve gained so much! The trainers are incredibly supportive, technically excellent and so genuinely dedicated to helping people develop their skills and fitness. No judgement, no mirrors and lots of laughs. Fantastic experience: I’ve trained with Matt for the last two years and I can not recommend him highly enough. His patience and attention to detail have taken me from struggling to do a push up to dead lifting 100kg. I’ve achieved more than I ever thought possible. Super motivating and challenging workouts. I also love the flexibility of the shorter classes as this allows me to always get a class in if I'm a bit time poor. Fantastic experience: What a ripper place to call my gym home! I’ve never been to a gym that feels so community based, and personal! The group classes push my to my absolute limit, and only for half an hour so it’s actually achievable! I’m now 28 weeks pregnant and still smashing out sessions (something I never thought possible!). The guys here have made sure everything is pregnancy appropriate and that I’m comfortable so I can continue! Just so stoked all round with this crew

Fantastic experience: Surefit is a great gym. Been going for just over a year now. Started off with a few PT sessions to gain confidence. Now love the variety of classes and group sessions. Especially as it is a very inclusive gym with people of all ages and fitness abilities. I have made friends whom I catch up with outside of gym which is a bonus as was new to the area. All the trainers are great, welcoming and encouraging. And it's great to be supporting a small bussiness as Mitch (the owner) has created a gym that you enjoy coming back to every week.

Fantastic experience: After moving down to Geelong I didn't think I would find another Gym like my previous, but boy was I wrong. The trainers and the classes are A class/5* worthy, with there being no chance of you walking out not being a sweaty mess. This, on top of the welcoming atmosphere that comes from both trainers and other members are the reasons I renew my membership each times.

Fantastic experience: An awesome place to achieve your fitness goals with a great range of different classes and motivating, friendly personnel trainers. I’m absolutely loving the new boxing class where I have learnt all aspects of boxing from punching techniques to footwork. I highly recommend checking sure fit out.

Fantastic experience: By a chance encounter of parking across the street, I happened across this gym and a quick Google search had me discovering their upcoming boxing challenge, which fate would have it, I had specifically been thinking of getting into. I made contact with Mitch and he was great from the get-go, extremely friendly, helpful and took the time to diligently answer all my questions- always a good sign! When I very anxiously turned up for my first session of the challenge, I was greeted by another trainer (Chloe) and she instantly set about making me feel welcome, even though I was not there for her specific class. It’s very easy to see that everyone is like a close knit little family, but not in the slightly-obnoxious way that some other gyms can be. The boxing classes themselves are a fantastic way to start as a beginner or improve on your existing experience by honing your technique. The classes begin with the basics, teaching the correct form for your punches/padwork along with footwork. They definitely challenge your body AND your mind, as you quickly need to switch on as you are taught to engage & react through offensive and defensive manoeuvres, building your skills by constructing a number of combos. Mitch is an awesome trainer and coach who knows his stuff and communicates the ‘why’ as well as the ‘how’, which I personally love. There is a real focus on thinking ahead and interpreting the next move- for yourself and from your opponent. He is also very encouraging and takes the time to help with any particular concerns you may have, so you don’t feel like just another number in the class. All in all, a great experience and would 100% recommend! Looking forward to Round 2

Fantastic experience: I started at SureFit in 2019 as a chonky young lad who could barely walk to the letter box without the need to keel over. Through knowledgeable trainers with a wicked sense of humour, a great facility and fantastic diverse training programs I no longer feel like my life has ended whenever I do burpees.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to SureFit for 5 years. It is by far the best gym I have been too. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming and the trainers are friendly and also great at maximising your return, they make you work but it is always fun. The other members are great which really helps to have a great work out.

Fantastic experience: Finding a gym that provides quality classes and a fun and welcoming environment can be a challenge, but SureFit scores massively on both of these.. the strength and burn classes are well structured with the trainers being on hand to provide you with the right amount challenge and push. Being a small business and not a multi-national chain, Mitch and his team really care about all their clients and their fitness and health goals.. highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Moving to SureFit late last year, has been one of the best decisions in my fitness goals, Mitch has been so welcoming to my partner and I, Mitch and Chloes class will always keep you on your toes and make you wanna push to the next level.
