Fantastic experience: I have fallen in love with Z-fit studios! I do beginner pole with them, at first I was hesitant, not very confident and worried I wouldn’t fit in. But even after just my very first session I gained self confidence, made friends and was amazed at what I could actually do. The staff at z-fit are the most amazing, encouraging, down to earth , most kindest people ever. They are supportive and non-judgemental and always willing to help and have a chat. I have found a new passion and I feel like I’m at home with these people.

Fantastic experience: Z Fit has provided a place for my daughter and I to come and laugh and have a good time together while learning new and exciting things...Things I never thought I would do... We do all our classes together and love the challenges we have pushed ourselves to overcome and the goals we have achieved... The Staff at Z Fit are amazing... I completely trust them and feel safe and secure every time I am at the studio. As a child I always wanted to join the circus... Z Fit has shown me your never too old to learn new things, even when you think your time has passed... nothing is impossible as long as you try. I believe it is something that will stay with both of us forever...

Fantastic experience: Anna is now 9 years old, she joined Z fit studio in 2020. Anna has gained so much confidence and loves working with the circus team to achieve her goal of becoming a contortionist and hoop acrobat. Fantastic experience: Started as a student, who was then proud to be a staff member, still return as a student when I'm in town. Love the collection of staff the studio has acquired who are passionate about their jobs and the students who always make it feel a welcoming place to return to. Zfit studios continues to develop and evolve, it has brought so much talent, open mindness and acceptance to Bendigo. Just a great place.

Not only for the fun exciting classes offered but a place to be apart of a community, a place to make new friends, a place to grow extended family a place to belong and call home. I walked through the doors of Z Fit Studios 4 years ago and it has become such a massive part of my life that I don't ever want to end. I started as a student in pole, then aerial classes were introduced and now 4 years down the track I am an instructor at the studio and the Totz/Kidz/Teenz Manager. I highly recommend everyone of all ages and abilities to pop in and give a class a try

Fantastic experience: I've been going to ZFit since it opened as a Zumba studio years ago. It's been wonderful to see it develop. It took risks, brought new ideas to Bendigo and has grown to become an amazingly diverse studio that welcomes anyone and everyone.

Positive experience: Z fit is such a unique wonderful gem of a dance studio. They have a variety of unique options, from Burlesque dance to Pole Fitness classes to Zumba and many more! I gaurentee you will find something on their schedule that interest you. I love the flexibility of the scheduling. Many casual classes and loads of 7 week terms! They seem to work with your schedule, they allowed me to do 1/2 a term of Aerial Yoga due to my work travel schedule. Which was amazing. Caroline, the instructor is amazingly patient with newbies like myself. The classes have really helped my flexibility. I also Casually tried a Curvy Pole class, an Aerial Silk, and a Lyrical dance class. What I love is that even beginners without experience can try theses classes. At the end of the 7 week term they have a performance for family, friends, etc to come and watch the students showcase what they’ve learned. All in one routine you see various levels of skill. I enjoyed watching the performance. I love how it’s a non competitive studio. I love how all skill levels can be in one routine, they don’t cut students, some may just do a modified easy pose or movement. Sari, Robbi, Caroline and the staff are very helpful and welcoming. I suggest you go there as soon as possible! You won’t regret it!
