Positive experience: Great location and fantastic equipment - the staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed and not pretentious. The aircon could use some work but the fans do the job. Tara and Chris the personal trainers are extremely helpful and motivational - great if you are starting back at the gym and need that extra motivation!
