Negative experience: Owner was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t want to go back. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent box. Trained one day with Claire who's closely watching everyone in the class and motivating us. There's also more options that Crossfit classes daily. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're coming to town for a few days

Fantastic experience: I train here every year when we're staying in the area. It's a fantastic facility with two large training areas and a strength area out the back, and it has every bit of equipment that you need for Crossfit. The coaches really know their stuff, they run speciality work shops to help their clients get better and be better humans, and I have found them really accommodating with my training requests. Love training at this place.
