Motion Fitness is a great gym with professional trainers who make the programs challenging, fun and very rewarding! Both Sam and LJ are always happy to help master new techniques and are there to give you that extra push when needed. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming - would highly recommend Motion Fitness!

I was recommended this gym from my old coach after moving to Armidale. Upon checking out the facility, it was clean with good quality gear! The professional and friendly welcome made you feel at home and comfortable. Since training there since February 2020, the place has grow with more equipment, classes and members. Even surviving covid for a newly setup gym is exceptional! Motion Fitness is pumping and is always welcoming, young or old, new or experienced! If you want to get fit, have fun, with people who are passionate, knowledgeable and always welcoming, this is the place to be! "Cool, cool, cool, no doubt, no doubt"

Great gym to train and even have a yarn. The programs are challenging yet very rewarding. The value for money is awesome and I like how Sam's programs are designed and tailored so that personal goals can be reached. The facilities and equipment available are also great. I highly recommend Motion Fitness. It has a great 'community' feeling for people of all ages. On ya Sam

I can’t recommend Motion Fitness highly enough. Sam is professional, welcoming and highly knowledgeable. Classes are always enjoyable and it’s clear that Sam has client need at front of mind, providing individualised feedback and suggestions on how to make the most of the session. Sessions are varied and challenging yet accessible. Sam also offers support with goal setting and individual personal training sessions to provide clients with the opportunity to take their training to the next level. Motion Fitness would suit anyone who is looking to improve their performance in a sport, work on their fitness, and improve their overall health.
