Fantastic experience: First time ever seeing a physio and I was a bit nervous. My neck and shoulders have been giving me grief after years of hairdressing. After one session of physio and dry needling I already feel so much better! Mark, you're a wizard!

Fantastic experience: I really appreciate the stellar care and treatment I’ve always received from physiotherapist, Jase Heinrich. His expertise and gentle approach to treating issues in my lower back and neck area has been an absolute godsend to me. In addition, his prescribed at-home exercise program has helped me immensely and for this I am truly grateful. I only wish I could visit him more often but unfortunately, my private health coverage for allied health services was used up and wasted earlier this year on an idiot chiropractor who maliciously strung me along with multiple excessive and unnecessary ‘treatments’ that produced no improvement to my overall health whatsoever. As a result, I can’t afford to continue seeing Mr Heinrich until my insurance coverage resets at the beginning of next year. Sadly, I am just unable to pay the full price for ongoing physiotherapy sessions that are not subsidised by private health. Nevertheless. I look forward to returning to this 5-star physiotherapy practice and will continue my at-home program until my return. I would also like to commend the fantastic and very kind reception staff for whom no request is too much trouble. Awesome work and well done to everyone from Adelaide Physiocare and Sports Acupuncture Plympton Park!! A+++

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing different physiotherapists for my neck, should and back problem for the last 15+ years, finally I found my favourite one Mark, who was recommended by a workmate. I saw him yesterday for the first time. Wow he is knowledgeable, approachable and most importantly he provided a world class treatment! Highly recommended! I’m taking my mum to see him in two weeks. And don’t leave to the last minute to book appointment as he is in high demand!

Fantastic experience: Mark quickly diagnosed and treated my calf issue and now I can go on hikes without any problems. He is easy to talk to, knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely go back, if I needed Physio again. Parking is easy and waiting room is quiet.

No podía rotar mi cabeza hacía el lado derecho y ahora sí puedo. Honestamente, es un gran fisioterapeuta pero que además se implica en su trabajo superando de largo un 100%. Ya tengo booking para mi próxima sesión ya que siempre está busy busy. Así que si quieren un appointment con él ya saben! El team de fisioterapeutas también son muy buenos, nunca he tenido una mala experiencia y las secretarias son también muy amables y te dan una buena bienvenida que una se siente como en casa. Muchas gracias a todos, por cuidar de mí.

Fantastic experience: I had persisting problem with my right shoulder for about four months. I had Physio (another one) and Chiro but the pain and restrictions persisted. I decided to try acupuncture and book myself with Mark who explained the complexity with shoulder in such details that I was able to understand what treatment he was going to provide. I had about seven visits and my shoulder is back to normal. Mark is very knowledgeable and excellent practitioner. I will recommend Mark for any problems people have.

Fantastic experience: Number 1 in physio. They are fantastic from reception all the way through to the Physios. Very caring and lovely and friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone that needs physio.

Fantastic experience: The team at Adelaide Physiocare and Sports Acupuncture are fabulous! Reception staff are so polite and friendly on arrival. I have been seeing Mark for a few months now due to pain in my left shoulder between the blade and the spine and he as been wonderful. Mark is incredibly professional with the way he explains treatment plans with you and gives you the right treatment that best suits your needs. I'm almost pain free due to the ongoing treatment he has given me. From massage through to a session of acupuncture (which I was incredibly nervous about but made the whole process painless)! Thank you Mark and the team! Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The gregarious admin girls Leanne and Marie, are second only to the super humble and talented physiotherapists at Adelaide Physiocare. I was involved in a high speed rear end motor vehicle accident and left with a severe whiplash injury. loss of vision / daily migraines/ strength loss and especially chronic pain leaving me unable to complete my physically engaging work or even simply carry the shopping to and from the car. Referred by a friend to see Mark Paparella, i regard him a guru as a physiotherapist and his dry needling competency, coupled with exercise and his guidance is giving me my life back a week at a time AMAZING PRACTICE, ASTOUNDING PEOPLE
