Fantastic experience: best gym in dapto, friendly members and staff, the owner is so approachable.

Negative experience: Worst and most unfriendly gym I’ve ever been too, tried to talk to the owner about a few concerns and complaints at the request of other staff members and that was an even worst experience then dealing with the employees, she was so hard to talk to, kept cutting myself off and another member without listening to our concerns. One of the worst and unprofessional people I’ve ever delt with, nearly abusive behaviour.

Positive experience: Well priced and always friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of machines and can usually have the machine you want without too much of a wait.

Negative experience: Really crap gym in almost every way. Geriatric equipment, 0 space to move, rude and unhelpful staff. As you can see by their response to this review also 0 professionalism lol.

Fantastic experience: Overall great gym, good location, great equipment and great atmosphere. Staff are friendly, very approachable and always ready to help or give advice. Highly recommend joining as the price is really good aswell.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. The staff are welcoming, friendly and approachable. A great range of equipment for all levels. The gym is always clean. 24 hour 7 days access. Access to personal trainer hire, do your own thing or join a class.

Negative experience: This gym used to be great. The atmosphere was welcoming and the price point is good. The last few months though the gym is full of students in the afternoon which would be fine if there was supervision in the gym encouraging them to move on from machines once they've completed their sets rather than milling around in groups on the machines chatting and playing on their phones. It is like a sauna in the gym and the TV's are always on the screensavers. It just seems like the small things are falling by the wayside as it is not often you see staff out on the floor. It might be time for me to change gyms but I wanted to give this feedback as the gym, equipment and location is quite appealing but has potential for improvement.

Positive experience: The gym's pretty good, heaps of equipment and decent staff. Only issue I've found is how loud the music is. I mean I like a good song but this place is more like a trap-house concert. it's deafening! Even with headphones in.

Positive experience: Muscle FX in Dapto is a very small facility, leading to some cramped space between machines. Despite this, there is a great variety of equipment to suit everyone’s needs. The only major issue is the repetitive, loud music. The playlist / radio is composted of trap remixes which, at high volumes can be easily heard over earphones. The staff are super friendly and will always welcome you upon arrival and start up friendly conversations. The gym is always clean, and organised, and the cooling / heating is well managed.

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful new gym the staff are amazing and highly skilled the atmosphere is brilliant brand new and loads of great new training machines and classes and new beauty room devine

Fantastic experience: Love the vibe at this gym staff are very friendly and helpful. Classes are fun and exciting with Sophie the instructor, its so nice to come into a early AM class seeing a smily happy face instantly I feel motivated and uplifted. The equipment is well maintained and the gym it self is always clean. Well done to Management here.

I cannot believe they dare dig up her past, I believe anyone can be forgiven no matter how far they go astray, god forgives all, god forgave my sophie!!! MUSCLE FX BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: First time joining a gym and couldn't have felt more welcome. Sophie is motivating and runs some great classes. Equipment is great and the staff are happy to help . I go at all different times and there is plenty of equipment to not feel crowded.

Negative experience: Couple of friends didn't feel welcome here so I personally won't be considering this place, don't get a good vibe when i went to visit too. Plus I saw Sophie from the old dapto anytime fitness works here too, shes the one who ran the old anytime into the ground for those who are not aware.
