Fantastic experience: My kids absolutely love My First Gym Shellharbour! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and super encouraging. The coaches are amazing at keeping the kids engaged, active, and having fun while learning new skills. The variety of classes, from ninja warrior to gymnastics and dance, ensures there's something for every child. I've noticed a huge improvement in their confidence, coordination, and fitness since joining. It's such a safe, positive environment, and I love that they look forward to every session! Highly recommend this place for any parent looking to get their kids moving in a fun and supportive way! 5 stars all the way!

Fantastic experience: We held my daughters 6th birthday party there on the weekend. She had the best fun. Her friends all loved it. The kids were entertained at all times. Staff were very helpful, but a MASSIVE shout out to Bryce. He made a promise to host her party and kept his word. It ment the world to our daughter. So a huge thank you.

Fantastic experience: My girls absolutely love attending classes each week. We have been attending MFG for about 6months now. The coaches are amazing with my girls and they look forward to seeing Coach Ruby and Coach Hannah each week. Date nights & Holiday camps girls enjoy also. MFG is the activity my kids have stuck with and enjoy coming to love the flexibility to chop and change activities each week depending what the girls want to do.

Fantastic experience: My son LOVES MyFirstGym Shellharbour, he has been coming since he was 9 months old, he's now 3 nearly 4! He has grow in confidence since starting, he had made so many friends which has fostered his socialisation and can burn so much energy in classes and free play is awesome too, the coaches are fantastic they have so much passion and energy! The staff are amazing! Would defiantly recommend coming to MFG

Negative experience: Would not cancel membership on request and kept trying to charge my account and then also dishonour fees. Threatened third party collection if I did not continue to pay even though my daughter had not attended. The coaches are also a little unfriendly and favour the more advanced students. All in all I’d recommend not going there and find another gym

Negative experience: Typical scummy gym membership tactics, only it's extremely expensive for what you get, BIG caution. You'll get coaxed into a 6-month contract without your knowing as the reception staff is trained to hide the contract from you. They lure you in with $1 per week for 5 weeks and don't tell you that surprise! you're in a contract for $26 a week for the next 5 months. They should be reported to the ACCC in my opinion. Wife unknowingly signed up without being aware of the hidden contract so we went back and cancelled within the same day, which was well within the 7-day grace period. If our CC gets charged next week despite us asking for our member profile to be deleted from their system, which includes the CC details, there will be HELL to pay. Oh yeah and for 1-year-olds, we don't think they offer anything more than what you can do at your local playground. You're still responsible for your kid, you have to sign a waiver saying that you can't sue them if your kid injures themselves whilst using the premises and none of the other kids interact with yours. May as well have gone to the local playground instead. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Negative experience: $25 for a 30-minute obstacle course shared with 10 other kids once a week feels excessive.

Negative experience: From the beginning, this company seemed intent on taking my money unfairly. I had requested the cancellation of my daughter's membership and received an email confirmation. Despite this, they continued to bill me. When I addressed this, they claimed she was still under contract and I had to keep paying. If I'd known, I would've continued sending her since I was being billed anyway. On another occasion, they charged me a dishonor fee even though I had sufficient funds in my account. By the time they finally contacted me, they presented a bill of $140. Out of frustration, I decided to withdraw my last child from their program, only to be told I'd be charged for another four weeks. In the end, I cancelled my credit card to prevent any further unwarranted charges.

Fantastic experience: My children love coming to parkour at My First Gym Shellharbour! The coaches are fantastic and keep my very energetic children engaged and having fun. My son has also had a birthday party here. It was fabulous! The kids had an absolute ball. Aside from organising the cake and pizzas I didn't need to do a thing. The coaches ran the sessions and then packed up afterwards.

Positive experience: The classes at this place are really hit or miss. We’ve had some great ones with 6 or 7 kids and an excellent coach who remembers their name and gives individual attention and encouragement, my kid really loved it. But when the class is packed to capacity, with 12 kids and 1 coach, the kids become unruly and hard maintain and the coach gets overwhelmed, with the kids getting bottle necked on the obstacle course. On a couple of occasions there have not been enough items for each kid in the creative play. In those instances there is no point paying money and sending your kid to a class there, they’re not getting any enrichment from that. Overall its a lovely place, very clean and friendly staff. But the class sizes are too big and get messy when they’re that size.

Fantastic experience: Our daughter has been attending classes since they opened at Shellharbour MFG and absolutely loves it, they run great/fun/educational classes and the staff are awesome, helpful and super friendly. We decided to hold our daughter's 3rd birthday party at MFG Shellharbour as she loves it here, WOW the party was awesome, it was structured so well and the kids were entertained the whole time and all the kids said they absolutely loved it. I can not thank Samantha and Caitlin enough they were unreal and went above and beyond to make sure it was the best party, they didn't just run the class/activities they helped with all aspects of the party before and on the day. Fantastic experience: We love MFG. Our 3 year old has the best time, there are a variety of sessions to choose from, as well as the free play benefits. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The FREE coffee machine is a nice little bonus while we hang out too!

Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful place. The concept and principles of a gym for kids of all ages is amazing. The programs are well thought out to progress the kids with the targeted skills. As well as being hugely flexible to accommodate all abilities within the class. My kid LOVES it!!

Fantastic experience: Found out about My First Gym when we went to a birthday party there. The kids had heaps of fun, it was well organised and everyone was included. My child joined the gym that same day and has loved doing the MFG Fit classes twice a week. The coaches are really supportive and encourage the kids to try everything, even if they don't have the skills to do it perfectly yet.
