Positive experience: Great gym for classes and equipment but can't help but feel that gym members take last preference when it comes to parking. Always events and AFL which take the parking, you also need a 4x4 to use the second parking area lol
Positive experience: I recently joined this gym, and while the facility itself is nice, I have to say the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. I found them quite unhelpful and even rude at times. As an Estonian who’s a big fan of saunas, I was a bit underwhelmed by the sauna area. It’s decent but not impressive, and the infrared saunas aren’t exactly top-of-the-line. Honestly, I don’t think it’s worth the extra $50 a week on top of your membership fee. That said, the gym itself is well-maintained and offers a good overall experience. The membership is on the pricier side, but it’s the best option in the area - definitely better than joining a place like World Gym!

Negative experience: I recently received a text message inviting me and a friend to a complimentary workout at TotalFusion Lions Springfield. I accepted the offer and requested to book a session for myself and my husband. However, things took a turn when the staff started pushing membership options. When I explained that I couldn't commit due to being on maternity leave, the staff responded in a tone that felt judgmental and accusatory. They questioned the purpose of my complimentary pass, implying that it was only for those willing to sign up for a membership. What's more disappointing is that the initial invitation didn't mention any terms or conditions, such as the requirement to be interested in membership. This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. To top it off, when I expressed my concerns and provided feedback, the staff didn't respond. This lack of customer service and transparency has left a sour taste in my mouth. As someone who has been a member of TotalFusion in the past (at a different location), I'm disappointed in the way I was treated. I had been considering returning to TotalFusion in late January, but this experience has made me think twice.

Negative experience: Be wary : Liars behind tbe doors- Lied to myself and partner regarding cancellation terms... The important terms are hidden among hundreds useless info to make you not aware and not mentioned, however we brought this up prior and couldn't agree to such terms due to personal circumstances in which the sales person sympathised and spoke to someone on tbe phond and madd a new conditiom to void the hidden cancel fee on the 30km+ moving condition that if it was due to this circumstance on this particular terms/conditions that they would break the contract but still had 30 days notice if we are moving 30km+ away WITHOUT a fee, This condition was mentioned and we were given a robotic reply with zero care to even investigate further and come to learn we got lied too . Very unfortunate for what i thought was an act of kindness to be lies and treated poorly-

Negative experience: Can’t wait for the ‘lovely response’ here offering assistance now that it’s in public eye. Seems to be the only way to get attention from them.. Been a member over a year now, have had several rude staff over the phone about cancellation as if they don’t have time to answer questions and taken nearly a whole week for a reply to my cancellation. BUT.. I’m grateful for one thing.. I’m so glad that they have time to reshare tags on Instagram but not to respond to cancellations, cause this is OBVIOUSLY important. All been sorted now, but i feel for the staff who are clearly stressed and to have to lie to get deals or sales over the line & avoid cancellation emails for days on days
I would be keen to speak to your direct regarding this situation and look into it further if you could contact us directly at the club please
Negative experience: Be wary of sales team, will say anything to get you to sign: Make up false conditions to convince you to sign up and tell you the contract is void but if you’re travelling the country for 12 months and preceding to cancel. After explaining the scenario and explained they will give us the 30’ days notice and cancel just send them an email, even confirmed the condition, and nothing was mentioned about having any fees due to our obvious scenario, and told we can apply to the 30 days as of the day email is sent. No hidden fees were mentioned and were assured a note had been made. Staff even confirmed this on the the phone last week, but now I can’t cancel. They hit you with the T&Cs that you signed, under false impression and context with a series of copy and paste emails about the contract, and not even addressing what’s been said about certain sections are void due to unique circumstances when signing up face to face. Don’t trust that they will ‘make a note and cancel with no additional fees’ for a legitimate travelling reason around the Australia for business like myself. Lastly, the conduct in which some staffs behaviour towards those ‘online’ whom have partners - I won’t go into detail or drop names due to this person finally stopping after several rejected attempts but just thought I’d leave this bit for the public to be wary

Fantastic experience: Quite literally one of the most kindest and compassionate team of people I have ever met✨ a terrible circumstance caused us meet but they were all so understanding, calm and kind (unfortunately I could not relate to the calm part). This is especially for the two amazing girls that comforted and stayed with my friend throughout the ordeal, continuously asking me if was okay or needed anything, and even paying for our drink Thank you so much, you all are amazing people Correct rating: 5000/5

Fantastic experience: I would give 0 stars if I could. If poor customer service, zero integrity, and terrible business practices is what you’re after then this gym is for you. They don’t care about their clients at all they just care about your money. I wish we read the reviews before signing up. Overpriced rubbish. Honestly the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. All they care about is taking your money and will not admit when they are wrong. I’ve been going around in circles with them for months now all because we were sick. Long stints of sickness for us and our kids including multiple hospital visits caused by their crèche. They promised a “complementary” pause on our accounts, we followed the information provided by staff, supplied doctors certificates and then they declined it, then signed statutory declarations based on legal advice, still wouldn’t accept any of it and forcing us to be liable for the fees, continuing to allow them stack up hundreds upon hundreds of dollars because they do not respond to emails for days if not weeks on end, they make it exceptionally hard to cancel or get away from them, sent both our accounts to debt collection and refuse to admit they provided the incorrect information and continue to hold US liable for their misinformation. They keep referring to “terms and conditions” that don’t even exist in their formal terms and conditions documents and seem to just make up the rules as they go to suit them. We will be filing with qcat to completely disengage with this business as they have terrible customer service, business practices and zero integrity. I would never recommend this place to anyone. EDIT to respond to owner: I refuse to have anymore correspondence via phone anymore and are doing everything via email because the staff can’t seem to give correct information or stand by the things they say not to mention how rude they are. I’ve sent multiple emails and all get ignored or responded to in a round about way with no resolution weeks later. Useless.

Negative experience: If I can give 0 star I will. They are just robbing your money. I have verbally confirmed and ring them to check I don’t need to pay cancellation fee. But they still apply on and i need to pay for another 30days for nothing. I told them I would like to freeze my course when my contract is finished but they deduct one week payment for nothing and then one day for nothing. Would never recommend anyone to come to this gym. It’s ridiculous that you need to still pay when your contract finish with them. Then, what is the point of divining contract? They staff just changing frequently and whatever the persons who signed the contract with you promises you would never be paid

Negative experience: Overpriced garbage. They use predatory tactics to ensure it's hard to cancel memberships. Do not sign that contract.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed. Aerial yoga instructor ignored me the whole class after trying to help me a couple of times at the start since I was a beginner but then she got frustrated and avoided me the rest of the time.

Negative experience: Parking is now beyond a joke. You pay for membership and can't even get a park to get to the gym!!! As I can't respond, i want to add this isn't the first time that parking has been an issue. It's an ongoing issue that is only getting worse! Your response is just further proof that no action will be done to rectify the issue.

Negative experience: While I enjoy going to the gym, getting into the gym is getting near impossible especially if there is a game on. When paying such high prices for a gym, to physically not be able to go to it because you can't get a park is getting ridiculous. Sort out the parking for PAYING members!

Negative experience: Spoke to reception today but still disappointed I joined Total Fusion Springfield, unlikely to renew after my contract expires. A Great Gym BUT... The parking situation has gone from "bad to insane". Insufficient parking overloaded with Brighton Stadium attendees, Rail Travellers (since 50c fares) and then Gym Members arrive to find limited or zero parking. Last Sunday had to park illegally just to attend 2 classes that then never happened because the instructor couldn't get a park (so instructor drove home) and again today (Tue 17 Sept) had to park illegally. Even the temporary carpark opposite was totally full with cars illegally parked on grass & nature strips. Don't believe them if they say it's a random problem, its become regular and impossible.

Fantastic experience: Great club with awesome facilities, they do deals through out the year to get better prices but honestly it's worth every dollar. Full gym, all the classes you could want, spin room, functional room, epic pool area, great cafe cafe and then there's the health spa. Also Darcy the physio is also great.

Positive experience: Great classes and facility, always clean which is great. Unfortunately I have to give it a 3. It’s extremely frustrating to be paying $40/week and not have guaranteed parking on site, as it gets taken up by members of the general public to visit the Arena for AFLW games. I don’t know if this is a Council planning problem or a gym problem, but for $40/week it shouldn’t be my problem. This is the second time I’ve driven two suburbs over to workout, only for there to be no parking on site, across the road, or along the back roads.

Fantastic experience: First of all, OUTSTANDING STAFF AND FRIENDLY WELCOME FROM FRONT DESK (I think her name was Mia). Second, brilliant facilities - truly 6 stars. It is expensive because they have spent a lot of dollars making this the best gym in Queensland. Also recommend installing a DRINKING WATER FOUNTAIN or VENDING MACHINE downstairs - it’s really important that members hydrate after using Sauna to avoid heat stroke from extreme thirst. However your friendly staff filled my water bottle on request.

Fantastic experience: Total Fusion Lions is more than a gym, it’s an experience As soon as you arrive you have the option to go to the wellness facilities, the cafe, the pool, the childcare centre, or upstairs to the classes or gym floor. Total Fusion makes coming the gym enjoyable, and something to look forward to! There are a range of classes and a comprehensive timetable to choose from. The classes include, but are not limited to, reformer pilates, cycle (HIIT and club), yoga (total flow, vinyasa, restorative, hot flow), hot pilates sculpt, barre, aerial, boxing, stretching, functional metcon, afterburn fit, abs buns and guns, boot camps, and more! The gym offers a taste of luxury in their facilities, with cold towels in the fridge, hairspray and straighteners/curlers in the bathroom, etc. Every now and then there will be offers and challenges over and above the base membership, like the eight week challenge, instructor courses, sound healing sessions and meditations. The recent eight week challenge was a great offering that allowed you to combine wellness facilities in cryotherapy and red light therapy with body scans to see results. All classes are available to members, but the reformer pilates are a different membership option and only available to those with that membership. I am a reformer pilates girl so attend 4-6 times a week and enjoy the different instructors styles of teaching. There are always varying levels of strength training, flexibility, and spring choices depending on what level of strength you have. At the moment you can only book the classes three days in advance, so you have to be diligent with booking the classes to ensure you get a spot. Total Fusion are also very responsive to feedback and improvements. During an injury last year I flagged that not all instructors had been checking before classes for any injuries, pregnancies etc that may impact someone’s workout, but now every instructor is very diligent with checking in with the class to make sure everyone has a good and safe workout ♀️️♀️

Fantastic experience: Madi is magnificent… what an absolutely wonderful treatment. As someone who is so stressed and anxious presently due to severe work stress, this massage was an absolute game changer for me. The pressure was perfect and she made sure that I was beyond comfortable the whole time. Negative experience: Nice gym, but absolutely disgusting practices around membership cancellation. I took out a 12 month contract at this gym, and when I was finished with my contact term (about 14 months in) I requested to cancel, and they told me it would cost me $150 to cancel my membership. (They keep you for another month) When I advised I had blocked all further transactions from the gym, as they were unwilling to budge on this, they threatened debt collection. Know what you're getting into. The gym itself may be nice and new, but the disgusting membership practices are not.

Fantastic experience: You really do get what you pay for, but you do have to pay. The facilities and services are some of the best this side of Brisbane. Staff are always available to help with concerns, clarify any policies or details, demonstrate equipment, or book services. My only minor pain point would be the at times confusing payment structure, but I’ve noticed this is standard across gyms.

Fantastic experience: After a somewhat rocky start with some scheduling issues and miscommunication, 2 sessions in and I can vouch for this facilities professionalism, facility and staff. Maddi has been wonderful, and I have left feeling refreshed and pampered. Mel is a brilliant manager. The efforts she has gone to to ensure I receive outstanding treatments are truly commendable. As a busy new mum, who's also working, i have appreciated the extra efforts this facility has gone to over the past couple of months. I can not wait to experience more of what they have on offer and can honestly say I highly reccomended attending this facility if you want to endure yourself in some brilliant spa treatments. Negative experience: I Have been a total fusion member since 25th November 2023 and this is my nightmare experience. When taking the tour I was served by Clare. I asked Clare if total fusion had hanging bags as I saw empty hooks. I was told “Yes every time there is a boxing class the instructor will take them out of storage and hang them”. I proceeded to tell Clare that I was a martial artist practising Karate and that didn’t want to participate in the class, I just wanted to use the bag and if I could take it out of storage and hang it up myself. She replied “Oh if you ask a PT they will hang it up for you”. In late December I went to the gym and asked Alex at the front desk if he could hang a bag up for me to use which he replied “No I cant…because we don’t have any”. I had no idea what to say, I was so confused, I stood there and after a couple seconds said “okay” and walked away. This is where the nightmare starts because I realised I had just been told the wrong information. On my next visit I talked to Emma. I realised they didn’t have any bags and they lied but I would fix the problem by personally buying a bag and donating it to the gym to save time and get training. I told her what Clare had said to me and she was just as confused as I was. I asked if she could have the manager contact me about this arrangement to fix the problem. After a week I got no call from anyone so I went back in and talked to Will. I was told it was an insurance issue that they couldn’t insure external equipment. So I asked if I could donate the money so totalfusion could buy it and have it insured that way. I really just wanted to fix the problem and start training. A week went buy and the manager didn’t contact me to arrange this. I went in again and asked to speak to Clare, very frustrated at this customer service trying my best to fix a problem that they caused me by lying. I said to Clare that I need the hanging bag because its essential to my training and you don’t have it, please fix it. She responded “yea I’m sorry when I used to work at totalfusion in Morningside they had them so I thought they had them here as you were one of my first customers”. I told her I still need the bag and she said “Don’t worry I’ll sort it out and I have all your details so ill be in contact”. I didn’t hear back from her for a month. Yesterday 26th of February I asked to speak to a manager and it was Alex. I sat down and told Alex everything to which he said “We wont give you a refund because you’ve been using the gym and have gotten value” I explained that I’ve been using it because no one has gotten back to me and solved the big issue of lying about equipment I really need. He told me to have a workout and see what he could do. After my workout Alex introduced me to the general manager James Lidner. I told him everything that happened but he refused to rectify the wrongdoing. “I understand that you were told the wrong thing but you arn’t getting a refund or a membership discount (from $35 to $30) because you are already on the lowest one”. We went around in circles of me saying im in a bad position that’s all totalfusion’s fault and I wanted my money back or a discount or just the bag hung that IM paying for, that was promised in the beginning. I emailed James (see in images) I understand if martial artists arn’t welcome at total fusions, but then why wasn’t I told this by Clare on Day 1 when I told her I did Karate? So it was 2 lies at day 1 to make me sign and take my money. On their website they say their mission is to “Empower each individual to reach their full potential”, I experienced false claims (which is illegal), poor customer service follow-up and denying to fix their false claims and refund me. They did something illegal, unethical, immoral and on top of all that, they are failing in their own mission statement. If you want to know what its like dealing with total fusion, this is what it was like and unlike their words, none of this is a lie.

Negative experience: Be extremely careful dealing with this company. They over charge your membership outside of your contract and think it's legal to charge you for services they do not provide.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place staff are amazing, but I can't go there as they don't cater for people with hip injuries no way in or out of the pools , very sad as I really wanted to go
We have access in & out of our pool with a pool chair lift, we would love to invite you back in to view these facilities
Fantastic experience: Love this place so much I think I might move in! Crèche is amazing (like next level amazing) and Lizzie’s reformer classes are the best. Wish casual entry was more affordable so I could bring the occasional friend along. Besides that, best gym I’ve ever gone to.

Fantastic experience: Great gym and very accommodating. I was on a foundation membership but had to cancel due to moving to Melbourne which they facilitated. We’re looking at moving back to Springfield soon and I’ll definitely be joining back up. The crèche was amazing and a really big area with not so many kids, my youngest still talks about it. Very professional setup, great facilities, a little more expensive than other local gyms but you get value for money. Very hard to fault.

Fantastic experience: Perfect gym for me! I love the vibe and how friendly the staff have been. Facilities are always clean and the equipment too! Almost everyone in the gym wipes down equipment after use and restocks their own weights! Which is a godsend for me and a time saver. Perfect for all fitness levels - so glad this is local to me!

Negative experience: I was legitimately interested in trialling the gym and starting a membership here, until I was told that because I didn't speak with a membership consultant it would cost $50 to access the gym to train. Recognising a scam when I hear one I left immediately. Absolute rip off
Fantastic experience: I don't normally review but the spa team here is fantastic so I have to. I have had a massage and facial with Maddie and both were fantastic- she makes you feel like a VIP spa guest from start to finish. Kate, the laser and skin specialist is amazing and takes the time to explain the science behind each treatment if you ask and she knows what will/won't work and will tell you up front. My favorite spa in Brisbane!
Fantastic experience: Beautiful gym ans wellness centre. Immediately decided to join after using the facilities. I absolutely love this gym
Positive experience: The gym is awesome.. from the cardio & weighted machines ect is such a good vibe and have no issues, definitely get what you pay for. Unfortunately there has been multiple times I have brought this issue to the staffs attention in regards to the wellness area. In the sauna area my expectation in that general area to be noise free and I think people are more entitled then others in regards to leaving their belongings in the change room and not utilising them when others can use them. It should be a peaceful area to relax and unwind but unfortunately I may have to cancel my wellness pack and go back to citycave where there I can experience the peace and quiet that’s meant to be.
Fantastic experience: Best gym this side of the world
Positive experience: The gym itself is beautiful. The equipment is well maintained, quality and probably the best I have used. The recovery space is also great and well worth the extra cost. Sadly, the gym is not 24/7. This definitely makes the cost questionable as it is inconvenient especially when the open time is 6am on a weekend, normally I’d be in and out well before then. This has meant keeping another gym membership for my early sessions. Otherwise cannot fault the gym. If you like to train after 5am on weekday and 6am on weekends then it’s a great place to train.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Total Fusion Lions since January and I absolutely love it there. I have had several other gym memberships over the years and only ever used them a handful of times in the 12 month contracts I had but since changing to Total Fusions I have been at least 3-4 times a week. That is huge for me! Here are my favourite things about the gym: • There is a crèche which my children really love. They are always excited to go to the gym with me. The ladies there are so lovely and always help out with the kids at drop off. • State of the art facilities, with showers, hair dryers, and hair straighteners. There is even an ironing board with an iron! • Plenty of classes throughout the day. • The trainers are motivated and really push you to do your best. Shout out to Nik who does the Hot Pilates as well as Emma with her HIIT classes! Love love all the classes these ladies do. • The front staff are always so pleasant and welcoming too! I am so happy with this gym and so proud of myself for going consistently for the past 6 months. I highly recommend this gym. 5 Stars all the way through!

Negative experience: Disappointed with Pool Temperature - Total Fusion Springfield Gym and Swimming Pool I am Total Fusion Springfield Gym and Swimming Pool member While the gym itself is fine , I was left disappointed with the swimming pool. Upon signing up, I was told by Phebe that the pool was heated, which was one of the main reasons I chose this facility. Unfortunately, the water is icy pool than a heated one, which was quite uncomfortable and made it feel like an ice bucket challenge and brain freeze. As a customer, I feel somewhat misled by the promise of a heated pool that did not live up to my expectations.

Fantastic experience: It's such a beautiful space for moving your body. There are separate rooms for different classes, which are available at many different times over the day and night. The pool is wonderful. And the bathroom facilities are next level. There's a small Cafe with food and drinks available and chairs and tables inside or outside next to the pool. The spa and recovery area looks next level. You can even access allied health services on site. Such a wonderful bonus for the area.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in town. Has everything you need, classes, recovery centre, day spa, pool, physio, and more. Staff are super friendly, inviting, and helpful with all your needs, which is a big plus, in my opinion. They cater to all body types and do not discriminate. Yes, it comes with a price tag but is well worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: Really great atmosphere at this new gym. Heidi was awesome showing my partner and I through the gym and organising for me to come in for a workout to suss it out! Gym floor itself is small but the equipment is great and it is quiet enough that the size isn’t a problem. I feel that membership price is justified by the great range of classes offered. We are yet to sign up, but plan to once I can sort out my current gym membership. Would recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym experience !! Highly recommended plenty of options for classes. The best thing in there is the child minding kids love it and parents can relax and enjoy the time at the gym. They provide holistic care and convenience location just next to the new stadium and train station.

Fantastic experience: I can’t stop raving to everyone about ‘my’ gym. It has everything I need - so many classes including yoga and reformer Pilates, a pool (yet to use), amazing gym with cardio equipment, cafe, friendly staff and patrons are friendly. And it is also 3 levels and STUNNING. Best gym I’ve ever gone to.

Fantastic experience: Started at this new gym from day 1 and never looked back. I love that the staff are friendly, the place is clean, plenty of classes to choose from and different instructors so you can find that workout that screams your name. There is an amazing gym floor for all your weight sessions or cardio machines to get you moving. Not to forget they even have a lap pool. First gym in a long while I feel at peace with and the other patrons are friendly too. Getting up early to go get a workout done before work has never felt so easy.
