Negative experience: This is the first review I have ever written but honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have had trying to cancel a gym membership. Absolutely no regard for the customer and is only focused on stringing along the process to guarantee another month of membership fees despite using facilities. Customer service at an all time low and inexperienced managers trying to strong arm customers with no understand how to save face and do business. Staff need some training surrounding emotional intelligence when speaking to paying customers.

Negative experience: don't join, terrible

Positive experience: It's good, heavy dumbbells,good variety of equipment.

Negative experience: anytime fitness is a joke, money grabbing dogs, going through covid, and rough times, and still try to take money out of the people that are struggling to live even tho they quit their memberships

Negative experience: Money eater full of scam even after canceling contract still charging the account. Very dumb excuse that staff made mistake and did not cancel it even sent them proof of call to store still charged us. Went to store and paid them the balance and canceled membership look what they scammers still charged my bank account. Keep away from this scammers go some where else as they are just rip off.

Positive experience: Good gym and equipment, poor cooling

Fantastic experience: Is this necessary to interrupt by during the session . Gym are to make throwing frustrating out. While doing this is weight got slammed what's a big deal. It's hard to hear threw headphones no one doing this purposely. Lot of have this issue with most of anytime fitness. No wonder why lot of my friends left them . If u can't tolerate this much In my opinion you should shut down. .... I am regretting now that why i gave 5 star. STOP INTERRUPTING US WHILE WORK OUT.

Fantastic experience: Nice club, love the staff who are always so welcoming and the gym is always pretty neat and clean. I've seen some new faces in the office and I have a feeling everyone will appreciate the change they will bring ^.^ amazing work guys

Positive experience: Love this gym, everyone is friendly although every now and then I go for a certain day" let's say it's a back day", and the equipment I need to use for my workout routine is already being used which makes me change my routine , just a Lil frustrating but u get that everywhere.

Negative experience: First issue started with my complaint regarding a cheap foam pad used to wrap barbell for performing squats. Inquired over 5-6 month period when it would be replaced on the 3rd inquiry, after 6 months, the manager said "yeah it's been ordered and is on its way" really! 6 months for a $20-$30 item, if it takes that long for franchise to supply why not purchase from bodybuilding supply store or online etc. Clearly they don't pay attention to maintaining the equipment. It's a vital well used piece that they only had one of. The funniest thing was they kept supplying this manky completely crushed pad even after replacing it. It was so worn out the Velcro wouldn't even bond together. They then after my third enquiry (the very next day) fined me ($10/15?)for leaving 2x weights un-racked. Yeah I was guilty of that on one occasion, but if you have been there you will know weights are left lying around consistently. I since changed to Hollywood plaza, same franchise but excellent staff and well maintained. Second issue: after 5 years I decided to change gyms, went to close account and return FOB for 24 access and was informed by staff at Hollywood it's a purchase not deposit! The manager at Parafield Gardens Anytime who signed me up was very specific (verbally) that it was a deposit, even following up this claim with "so when u finish up u get your $100 back". I enjoyed my time with anytime just not this gym or it's stuck up staff, in particularly the manager (Kari or Karli?). Learn from my experiences and avoid it. Hey Ben, this review was from my experience at least 2 years back, foam pads have since been replaced. Good to hear management has changed as it was sorely needed. Best of luck.

Negative experience: Worst gym ever , STAY AWAY FROM RUDE MANAGEMENT AND MONEY GRABBERS. It’s a no lock in contract and still they were demanding 12 weeks payment from me after cancelling the membership. At the time of joining they are like we got you but later they are like it’s your problem not ours. I told them pretty clearly I move interstate a lot and stop my direct debits since I’m no longer using the gym but no they want to drain money off me even in this hard times for the services I didn’t use. Do yourselves a favor and join other branch or other gym service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for the past 5 years now and I’m loving it, I have lots 10kg from training here and all the Pt have helped me a lot , I love the free classes they have to offer the group in the free classes are all beautiful and friendly people the staff in the is the reason why I always come back to the gym because they have support me through my time when I was recovering from my seizure, I just wanted to mention Kari who is the manager of this gym that she has support me every since I have met her she will listen to you and support you in anyway, Thank you. The equipment at the gym are always clean and they have plenty of equipment that’s good to used. Keep up with the good work your all doing

Negative experience: Worst gym in Adelaide and some of the most lazy people I’ve ever had to deal with. They constantly give you attitude And try keep you In a contract that is not lock in.

Negative experience: Horrible management! Don’t recommend coming to this gym at all.

Negative experience: Horribly obnoxious, loud and vulgar people in this gym. If they had been at a football game they would have been ejected for their behaviour. Yelling obscenities along with throwing weights. Not a good atmosphere at all.

Positive experience: Mediocre gym, wouldn't recommend especially for the price. Many better in the area. The staff were friendly though.

Negative experience: The staff here is literally playing a scam! Very untruthful. A staff by the name 'kara' or 'Karoline' just wanted to take my payment. Informed me a better price over the phone and then gave a complete different price when i reached there.
