Fantastic experience: Attending Rock on Fitness for over 2 years, all the staff are caring, supportive and friendly. Each team member are professional and know there job well. Ryan my PT is the battle rope master and really cares for his clients. Highly recommend this gym.

All equipment was thoroughly cleaned regularly and all CV19 protocols were followed at all times. The gym is a welcoming environment with staff that are truly interested in helping you
