Fantastic experience: These guys are real caring professionals I would encourage anyone that is concerned about their weight or fitness level to give them a try. It has not been easy to start or motivate especially when you suffer muscle pain for a few days as you ease back into a routine but I know the bit of pain is worth the gain.
