Total Conditioning is a Crossfit gym in Sydney's inner west. Our classes cater to all levels of fitness, and our elite level coaching staff will help you achieve your fitness goals. Whatever they are!

Total Conditioning/ Crossfit Drummoyne was born in 2015, in the Inner West Sydney, and have been training all levels of ‘fitness’ ever since. We believe that fitness changes lives. We believe the quality of our health determines the quality of our lives- and nothing is more important than that. We believe in hard training, that’s where you get your best results from. Not only physically, but mentally also. Our goal is to change the way you look, feel, move and push your limits to be the best you can be. It’s time to mix up your training and get outside with OUTDOOR! We combine running, stair drills, sit-ups, pushups, squats … all things bodyweight into this fun-filled 45 minute class!.

BoxFit will incorporate all things boxing – partner work, cardio, core and of course, FUN. It is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill whilst getting your heart rate up, and burning those calories.

These classes will feature mainly clean and jerks and snatches, though other lifts will feature as well such as Overhead Squats, Front Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts.  Think of this as a progressive lifting program. 

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. The classes are a combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastic, and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level/make you stronger, faster, leaner and healthier than before.

BodyFit is a type of training that helps burn more fat in less time with intense workouts. Always around 40 minutes in length, it combines HIIT workout methods using kettlebells, boxes, medicine balls, rowing, running, skipping and body weight exercises so you’ll definitely be sweating.

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness level. The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter and healthier.

No. Our classes are a is the fitness program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is. You can start CrossFit / BodyFit if you’ve never worked out, if you have injuries, or if you’re sick or overweight. Our workouts are modified to help each person succeed, improve fitness and take daily steps toward goals. As you become fitter, your workouts will be adjusted to challege you at your new level.

Our qualified coaches each have years of expertise and specialise in everything from weightlifting, gymnastics, competitive sports, running, triathlons, nutrition, health coaching, programming, competitions and group training. 

Not only that, but each one walk the talk by living and breathing a healthy lifestyle. When they are not leading classes, you’ll see them sweating it out next to you! That’s how they know the classes and programs work – because each one of our coaches actively participates in our programs and we’re always trying to see if we can improve our methods. 

As you become fitter, we will adjust your workouts to challenge you at your new level and naturally our classes will help you feel better, move better and live better!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this wonderful gym for a little over a year now. The programming and coaching is nothing short of incredible. Fantastic experience: The best Cossfit i have been to in Sydney! I have moved out of area and still come back to visit - the community is awesome. The training is well programmed - the equipment is world class and the coaches are awesome special mention to Scotty and Max! You guys are the best! Fantastic experience: An amazing gym and an extremely welcoming group of very diverse people. I have been a member for 2 years and can truly say this gym caters for all. Before starting at TC I had never tried anything like CrossFit, however I was immediately made to feel 'part of the team' and received every assistance I needed to learn the different movements. Every coach has their own unique style and provides the appropriate level of supervision and support. I'm very proud of all the new skills I have learnt at TC! I would most definitely recommend to any person of any age or fitness level.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to TC for the last year (consistently, before that off and on), in that time I have gotten my fitness level back to a good standard and it has made me more motivated in all areas of life, even my business! On top of that I have made a heap of lifetime friends, in an area I lived in for a number of years without making any close mates. The coaches are all legends, and there are no egos in the gym. It will cater to every level!
