Fantastic experience: Great box and great atmosphere!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love crossfit opp. Everyone is so welcoming. I have never walked into a gym and felt so comfortable and welcomed. My daughter also comes along with me twice a week which is an absolute delight to be able to bring her and know that she is in a safe place while i workout. If i could give them 10 stars i would. Give the week trail a go you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Damo and Kylie are genuine and caring business owners, who have built a truly amazing fitness facility. Not driven by ego, the community are a bunch of fabulous people, who all share a common interest and genuine desire to improve their fitness. They support each other in a way that is authentic and supportive. The programming is fantastic , the scaling options are inclusive of everyone and the facilities and are equipment are excellent. Having trained at over 20 boxes throughout my travels, this would have to be a stand out.

Fantastic experience: Damo and his crew provide a supportive, fun and socially inclusive environment which is not exclusively about improving fitness but improving your wellbeing. I have always felt welcome and the workouts are tailored to my individual goals. The use of social media and digital tools to record progress allows me to develop at my own pace and amplifies my personal achievements. My son attends Crossfit kids and doesnt see it as fitness but as fun. With a range of membership options and 'extra curricular events', this is the perfect venue for beginners and experts alike. As Ernest Hemingway said “There is nothing noble in being superior to your fellow man; true nobility is being superior to your former self.” Crossfit Opp embody this, helping me to become a "better me".

Fantastic experience: Relaxed but extremely competent coaching, friendly and welcoming people, and plenty of parking. Challenging programming, though always with scaling options. CrossFit at its best!
