Saturday morning events are 5k and take place in parks and open spaces. On Sunday mornings, there are 2k junior parkruns for children aged four to 14.

parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.

Whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate, you can learn new skills and enhance your health and happiness in the great outdoors whilst making new friends, feeling part of your local community and improving your fitness.

Positive experience: Great community and volunteers. A picturesque, trail type course alongside the river, but a little narrow in places. Good parking and good coffee nearby. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Great little parkrun. Nice run on a trail. Friendly people running it. Well worth the visit. Photo from new years day 2022.

Fantastic experience: Peppertree Park is next to the Werribee River and has trails to walk and cycle. Also good for a picnic, shelters and seats located behind swimming pool carpark.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly volunteer run, nice picturesque gravel course along the Werribee River, with some small undulations.

Fantastic experience: Aside from the soul destroying 2 lap course. Lovely spot to run. Nice freindly parkrun crew.
