Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the Mums and Bubs yoga with my 3 month old, it was a great class, so cute with all the babies. Mell was really helpful at making sure I was using the muscles I should be too. I also tried the Strength class & loved it for a good workout, but also relaxing.
