Negative experience: Outdated and basic equipment. Staff don’t make an effort to mingle with clients. After hours gets over run by groups of unpaid students who bring their own music system and play it loudly. Wet weather bring in local sports team who over run the gym and don’t allow you to access any equipment for the duration that they are there. Don’t recommend.

Positive experience: good gym, mostly quiet, small but still good variety of equipment. really wish we had a stair master tho

Positive experience: Great place to train, good accessibility, friendly staff, not over crowded. Great equipment

Negative experience: Before signing up I was walked through the gym and was shown the equipment and told all about the classes they run. Signed up and when I asked how to book a class I was told it was an extra $3pw to do the classes. Management makes it extremely hard to cancel membership, asked for paperwork to be emailed as I can not get it into the gym and this was refused.

Fantastic experience: Clean gym, good price, new machines, friendly staff. Only downside 2 power racks, 1 bench and no 0.5 kg weights for barbell.

Fantastic experience: I popped in for a one off visit and was super impressed. The variety of machines available, weights area and some more private areas upstairs was really a nice change. The team does seem to really want to look after the members too - and always seems keen to help! Compared to other gyms - a much more relaxed, comfortable and friendly atmosphere...

Fantastic experience: Great customer service, Always willing to help with any inquire or information on training techniques. I love the great range of X-Classes on offer the instructors are very knowledgeable and always so inviting. The club has a great vibe, Always so immaculate! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
